This 2nd-floor condo unit is across from the Cape Haze Marina & less than 15 minutes from the public beach. The condo is in a peaceful, attractively landscaped complex with not one but TWO sparkling-clean heated swimming pools (very well-kept!), tennis courts plus two clubhouse facilities. Also on-site are a day spa/salon, restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, BBQ grills and picnic areas, fishing ponds --- even a small library with books and movies. Our unit also features a large 50" high-definition TV, 2 bedroom TV's (all with cable channels) and now with free Wi-Fi Internet access! You can sip a cool drink on the balcony, watch the sun set and check your e-mail!
The screened-in balcony is situated just above one of the two heated swimming pools. Berber carpet, ceramic tile flooring, brand-new furnishings and artwork throughout. Fully-equipped kitchen. One king-size bed, two twin beds and a sofabed can accommodate up to 6 people.
BEACH ACCESS: A short walk to the Palm Island ferry, or a 15-minute drive to beautiful Englewood Beach.
SHOPPING: There are two major grocery stores and many restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The quaint Englewood shopping district with its unique artwork, clothing and home furnishings is also just minutes away. The nearest large mall is in Port Charlotte (25-30 minutes) featuring Macys, a multiple-cinema complex plus many other fine stores.
FISHING: The Englewood area is a fisherman's paradise! There are numerous marinas, bait shops and fishing charters in the immediate area. (Just ask Kurt, is more than happy to give fishing advice...!)

- We are located just across the street from a boating marina, and within walking distance of the Palm Island ferry boat. A 15-minute drive from Englewood Beach and many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and boutique shops. Port Charlotte is 25 minutes by car, with its large shopping mall, movie theatres and many more fine restaurants.
