This spacious townhouse (1351 sq.ft) has private parking for 2 cars in our garage, central air-conditioning, fully brand-new carpeting through-out, and an outside hot/cold shower to rinse off after the beach.
The 1st floor has a Brand-new Updated Open Kitchen with new Maple cabinets, new stove, new dishwasher, new full-size refrigerator, new microwave over stove, stackable washer/dryer, Bathroom, Dining Area for 6+, Brand-new Living Room with futon, loveseat, fireplace, 35" TV with cable, VCR:DVD/VHS,& outside deck with table & chairs.
The 2nd floor includes a Master Bedroom with a new King-size bed, brand-new carpeting, cable TV, clock/radio, a huge closet, balcony, and Master Bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
The Second Bedroom has a queen-size bed, brand-new carpeting, closet, clock/radio and full brand-new tiled bathroom in the hall.
The 3rd floor is a Loft Bedroom with a twin bed, bunk beds, closet and clock/radio.
Each floor has smoke detectors and is inspected by the town Fire Marshall for safety.

We had a great time at this beautiful townhome. Would have preferred an enclosed third bedroom. Very difficult to cool the loft area. We felt badly that we had to keep the air-conditioning on such a low temperature in order to cool the loft area. It was great having a pool and the other residents were very friendly. We were a little confused with the beach tags - other residents had different tags which allowed them to go to other sections of the beach. We were asked to move on two occasions to another area of the beach. However we thoroughly enjoyed the decks on this property.
Owner response:Diamond Beach Area is divided into Atlantis Beach, Seapointe Beach, The Grand Beach,etc..and each requires a different beach-tag. Altho' we buy tags for Seapointe Beach, it's hard to differentiate in the sand where one beach ends and the other begins.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family has stayed here many times during the summer and we thoroughly enjoy it. The townhouse is well appointed and very clean, After a delightful day at the beach, we relax on the front porch with evening drinks with good friends. We love coming here!

I love this condo. I have been staying at this location for the last 8 years. My family enjoys all the amenities such as the 3 floors of open living space, 2 1/2 baths, washer/dryer, large front porch, and pool. The condo is very clean. The location is great. It is close to the beach and boardwalk.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
