  This is a bright and spacious apartment with comfortable lounge chairs and all the necessary tv etc. equipment for relaxing after a hard day sightseeing. All the large windows in the lounge and bedroom overlook a quiet courtyard so it's very peaceful, but once out the main door into the street you are greeted with the incredible vitality of the Marais, full of food shops and clothing boutiques. The start of Rue des Rosiers is across the road with its range of patisseries and boulangeries. Across the road at Traiteur Saveur des Pains (No.32 Vieille Du Temple) we had our petit dejeuner of coffee and croissant for Euro1.95 each morning - as well as other treats, and bought many of our groceries at Franprix 1 street away at 20 Rue Bourg Tibourg. Specialty items like cheeses and pates were available all over the area in little shops. Most of the sights are within walking distance so you can make little forays out into the neighbourhood and come back for a rest before venturing out again. The owner has left a range of novels, and there is every appliance you could need in the kitchen and more than you could use in the way of china and glassware. Free phonecalls to landlines in Australia (and some other countries) was a necessity for us. The apartment is perfect for a couple ( there is no door to the bedroom). The 2 beds join together to make a large double or you can request twins - but remind them the week before to set it up that way. The bathroom is modern with a rainhead shower so you need a showercap if you don't want to get your hair wet. The toilet is separate and unusual (you might want to put a stack of books on the floor because it has been set up very high). Small issues for a great apartment. We have stayed here twice for a week at a time, and recommend it to our friends and family.

  We once again enjoyed our stay in your apartment location just as we did in June 2010. This time we stayed in a different apartment 43-45 rue Vielle du Temple for the month of June 2012.. The apartment was on the fourth floor and easily accessible by elevator. Your contact person, Baltazar Pelayo, met us out front when the taxi dropped us off and took us up to the apartment; explained very thing we need to know about the kitchen, wash/dryer, tv, etc. He was very efficient. The apartment was quite large, fabulously decorated and had all the amenities and more to make our stay very comfortable. As in our first visit, it was very quiet and the location was so convenient to everything - the metro, shops, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants, historical sights, etc. just wonderful!!! We definitely will be returning again in the future. We have been recommending it all of our friends and letting them know how easy it is to make the arrangements over the internet with all the security in place. We have told them about your recommendation for taxi service from and to the airport and how reasonable and reliable they are - they meet you as soon as you exit the airport custom area, and, when leaving they are there right on time to pick you up. By the way, the taxi service was most thankful for your recommendation of them.

  Above and beyond expectation. We were ready to stay another two weeks.after being there for three. What a convenient location 20 min. walk to Notra Dam. A 20 minute walk to everything!, The Marais is the place to be. The apartment is bright, clean and quiet. A double entry building and courtyard make it so peaceful. One would never know there is bustling neighborhood outside the front door. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

  We spent two weeks in this lovely apartment in the Marais and were very pleased. The apartment is quite spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location could not be better, with restaurants and shops right our your front door. However, since the apartment faces an inner courtyard, you are not aware of all the noise and activity until you go out. We especially appreciated the lift - very large and efficient compared to those in other apartments where we have stayed. The common areas are also very clean and well-maintained. All in all, this is a very nice apartment in a great location. Rating: 5/5

  While the property shows well on the internet, it is even nicer than that. Wonderful location, very quiet, beautifully maintained and perfectly clean.

  This apartment is in the heart of a very hip, active area- lots of restaurants, boutiques, tiny winding streets with cobblestones, near everything- in short, a perfect place to be in Paris. Nonetheless, the apartment inside is very quiet and serene because the windows give out on the court yard and the quiet back street. Next time we come to Paris we will absolutely go here.

  Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! Not only was it in the best location in the Marais, it was squeaky clean and I mean squeaky! Although it is on a busy street, once you go through the big blue doors, you walk into utter peace and quiet. The entire apartment faces into a lovely interior courtyard and the light in the huge windows is amazing. The apartment was even more beautiful than its photos and contained many amenities such as free WiFi and free international phone service to anywhere in the world. We've rented a number of apartments in the last few years in Paris and villas in Italy and I can say that this one is one of the best! The key keeper met us at the apartment at the agreed upon time. The information booklet compiled by the owner is very professionally done. You have all the knowledge you could ever need---including restaurant recommendations in the area, the nearest shopping (two blocks away), etc. We've already reserved our booking for this apartment for next April. Anyone who rents here will be more than pleased.

  This apt is right in the center of everything in the Marais, step out the door to restaurants, shops, cafes, but step inside the apt to QUIET. We didn't hear a peep other than the birds at dusk in the tree outside the living room window. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy all Paris offers. We highly recommend it and hope to return again

  My wife and I just returned from Paris and the apartment was wonderful. Located in the Marais, a hip, lively, Greenwich Village-type of area, the apartment is exactly as advertised. It is on an interior courtyard so even though the streets outside were buzzing with activity until 2 am or so, we slept with the windows open and we literally heard nothing. There are a lot of windows so the apartment is sun drenched even though it is on a courtyard. The furnishings are excellent. The place has been completely updated. The bathroom and the kitchen are roomy. The bed is essentially 2 twins put together and is very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped although you don't need much to heat pastries in the morning from the boulangerie just outside the front door of the apartment building! The Marais is a wonderful area to stay. It is centrally located, within walking distance of many of the popular sights of Paris and it is a three block walk to the Hotel DeVille metro station. There are shops, cafe's and a lot of restaurants and brasseries. We often finished our long days of sightseeing at the Les Philosophes cafe across the street for a late night drink or two. Jose Ibarro represents the owner through his company www.rentparisnow.com and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional an his folks met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. We own a condo on St. Thomas that we rent through VRBO.com, and have also rented from VRBO around the world, so we know a quality rental when we see it, and this was a quality rental! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Bruce and Sue, Philadelphia

  We recently stayed in this rental property, it captured the feel of Paris. It was close to everything Shops, Cafe's, Restaurants, Metro Stations, fantastic feel, easy to get around. There were 3 of us girls we found space sufficient not to feel cramped, there was someone there to meet us to give us the keys and show us around. To be honest there was nothing I didn't like about Marais, Paris and this apartment. Only that we had to leave! Madeleine AUSTRALIA (We'll be back!) thanks
