Year Purchased: 1986

I am an small business owner and have been vacationing in Brian Head since 1975 and my family has owned vacation condos in Brian Head since 1980. We use of condo as a family vacation home. We enjoy SW Utah and all the beauty and recreational variety it offers us as a family. As a family we can enjoy some of the best snow skiing in Utah, and during the summer/fall months we enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking the local mountains, Bryce, Zion and Cedar Break National Parks, Fishing the local streams and lakes, mountain biking throughout Brian Head proper, and taking day trips to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Pink Coral Sand Dunes and visiting Lake Powell.

Why the Owner Chose Brian Head

Brian Head is the best kept secret in the Western part of the USA. It's clean, beautiful, never crowded, excellent climate (summer/fall), and it offers a wide variety of recreational activities and opportunities.

Really nice, clean and updated condominium

We stayed at this condominium for New Year's week with our 10 and 12 year old children. The condo was recently updated and very clean and spacious. We saw in several of the units of this complex and this was by far the nicest that we saw. The location is spectacular - we could ski in/out (up a small hill) to the Giant Steps (main lift). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of excess bedding. There is plenty of covered parking, which was helpful given the 24 inch snowfall while we were there! The owner was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner response:We firmly believe we offer a great value to our guests based upon similar condo's in the area and our rental rates are lower then most other condos that have not been updated to current standards. Our location is second to none and we offer a very comfortable and clean condo that you will enjoy once you walk in the door from a day of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing or exploring SW Utah. We are constantly updating our condo to make sure our guests have everything they would need, want, and enjoy while utilizing our vacation home. We take all comments seriously...good and bad....and will do all we can to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable.
