We know your stay at the Beach House will be exceptional.
Facing south on Skaha Beach, you are surrounded by a breathtaking view of mountains on either side & steps from a private sandy beach with crystal clear waters. We are 1 block walk to Skaha Lake park complete with tennis courts, kiddie play area, sand vollyball courts, and basketball.
Enjoy hiking, golfing, mountain biking or what ever brings you to the sunny Okanagan. The Beach House entices you and your family to relax & have fun in the sun boating, swimming or entertaining.
Our Beach House is perfect for 3 couples or 2 couples with 2 children. There is lots of room to park a motor home if needed, and dock the boat on our fabulous 30ft dock. Our modern 2000 sq ft home is located 5 minutes from downtown Penticton and many specialty stores to shop in.

Winter activities include:
Skiing on the Apex Mountain or taking the kids tubing or skating is a 30 minute drive up the mountain.
Our Beach House has 3 bedrooms that are beautifully decorated with all new furnishings and fine quality linens. Upstairs you will enjoy 2 Queen Size beds and a bathroom with a fabulous vintage style tub. Waking up in the morning, you will experience the most incredible view of the Skaha Lake from the extra large windows that take up the entire Lakeside of our home. There is a walk out deck to enjoy during the day while surfing the Internet or at night sleeping under the stars. We offer a huge built in bookcase that houses hundreds of books from travel to health to cooking to novels.
The main floor offers a kitchen with all the amenities, everything you need to make you stay a great one. If you prefer to grill outdoors, the large outdoor gas BBQ and patio furniture are perfectly laid out for you to use with ease. A bar fridge is added for convenience.
The living room has wall-to-wall windows of our breathtaking Skaha Lake. We have 2 sofas and 1 loveseat for you can relax on & watch a movie from our video library, listen to music or simply watch the fire from the indoor gas fireplace.
The downstairs bathroom has a large tiled shower that also acts as a steamer. There is plenty of counter space and a separate toilet area.
There is one bedroom on the main floor that houses a comfy twin extra long bed.
In the evening, there is no better place to enjoy your glass of wine than the front deck. You can also light the outdoor gas fireplace to toast marshmallows or get cozy. During the day, you can sit under our amazingly huge beautiful weeping willow and have a great game of scrabble or cards.
Whatever you choose to do here will be an amazing stay for you, your family and friends. We love our piece of paradise and look forward to sharing with you.
