Charming, nicely decorated chalet 2 blocks from the beach, playground and basketball court, located on a wooded lot on a quiet, safe street. Living room with a cathedral ceiling, dining area and kitchen. Sunny, enclosed porch for watching sunsets while the deer stroll by.
Can be used for sleeping on comfortable futon. Large deck, yard and adjacent woods Deck has furniture for outdoor dining and there is a picnic table. Community has three pools, tennis courts, day camp and varied community activities for adults and children.
Boat rentals-paddle/rowboats. Nearby state parks and forests, varied attractions, restaurants and entertainment options of the Poconos.
Additional sleeping in loft, porch and living room. Ceiling fan in main room, 2 window fans and several additional fans. One dog allowed, no cats.
Located in the Western Poconos, about 2 hours from NY or Philadelphia. The community is gated has two lakes, four beaches and three pools - all with life guards and boat ramps. No motors are allowed on the lake
