Welcome to some "Mississippi Hospitality" at The Phoenix. I have recently redecorated and have added some personal touches not often found in rentals.
Phoenix VII has everything you could want at the beach. Almost everyone is familiar with the Phoenixes at Orange Beach. If you have never stayed at a Phoenix, you are in for a treat.
This unit is decorated in soothing colors with many upgrades: mirrored walls, tile floors in the living areas and baths, carpet in the bedrooms, upgraded light fixtures and furniture. The kitchen has a tiled counter top and mirrored under cabinet walls.
From the balcony, there is a great view. You can watch the boats going in and out from the jetty or enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

Hi! This is Charma and I. She is the reason I bought this condo: So I could go to the beach and take her since pets are not allowed if you are renting.
I have now retired from court reporting and live in Florida.
Because of the economy and real estate market, we cannot sell this condo. So we are renting it and/or allowing our "family" the pleasure of taking their pets with them, also.
