  My wife and I stayed at this property with our three children - one teenager and two tweens. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable (fantastic) and the condo contained absolutely everything we needed for an enjoyable/relaxing stay. The condo is in a great location - within walking distance to stores and restaurnts, and is just a short ride (if there's no traffic on the Bay Bridge) into San Francisco. After a day in the city, the condo was the perfect place to return to, prepare and enjoy a nice meal, get cleaned up and get a good nights rest to be ready for the next day's adventure. The owners, Laurie and Stan were extremely hospitable. We had all our sight seeing planned out, but if we didn't, the owners provided us with a large binder filled with suggestions. Our kids loved the pool and jaccuzzi, as did my wife and I. My wife and I also really enjoyed the gym. It is better than any gym you'll find in a four star hotel. If we ever decide to visit or vacation in San Francisco again, we would love to stay at this condo. We would also recommend to all our friends and family.

  I wish more people knew about "Emeryville" - it is a GEM of a location in the bay area! I went to UC Berkeley for undergrad and knew to search in this city on VRBO. I cannot tell you how perfect the location and accommodations were for our week long vacation in the Bay Area (w/ my husband and 5 year old daughter in tow)! First - the condo itself is just luxurious and spectacular. It does not LACK anything! Every time I thought I needed something (ziploc bags, laundry detergent, cooking utensils / items) - I always found it. The owners, Laurie and Stan, keep this place in IMMACULATE condition. It is fully stocked with everything you need - including a FUN toy closet that occupied our 5 year old :) The master suite is heavenly. The building is secure and fully equipped (gym, pool, sauna, mini grocery). High end and cozy at the same time. The owners live across the hall and are beyond warm and hospitable. To describe the condo in two words : SIMPLY AMAZING! Can't wait to return...

  We had a great time at this excellent location near San Francisco. My husband and I and our 3 young adult children really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. Two of the kids slept on blow-up beds, and that was just fine. Laurie and Stan were awesome people and they had lots of ideas for us. We would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting the San Francisco area! Jackie and Tom

  This was our first time visiting San Francisco. We had a great time, and this condo made a good vacation outstanding. The photos are very accurate. The views are awesome. The accommodations were impeccably clean and very luxurious. The amenities were top-shelf. The master bedroom reminds me of a high-end hotel. The owner is very warm and friendly and provided us fresh baked cookies our first evening. The owner provides access to a gated outdoor parking space, which was very helpful. You'll need to rent a car to truly enjoy this location. That was just fine with me and my family. We enjoy eating at local eateries and traveling off the beaten trail. There are a number of shops and restaurants nearby. I already mentioned to my friends and several colleagues that this is condo is a must stay if they're visiting SF.

  I required an extended stay in a high caliber RESIDENCE so I could work for a client in Emeryville, workout, and cook at home. This property fit the requirements EXACTLY. They have a perfect office space (with Aeron chair!), high speed internet, a workout facility, and an incredibly well stocked kitchen! One trip to Trader Vic's down the street and I had everything I needed. There was not a single piece of cookware, appliance, electrical device, anything that I missed - the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! Stacks of clean towels, luxurious king size bed, deep soaking tub, a player piano in the background, views of SF bay thru large floor to ceiling windows - and if you have to get out, a food mall across the street, as well as a caltrain station for a trip to the penisula. I spent 200 nights away from home in 2010, and this residence was, without a doubt, at the top of the list. Now, if they just added room service. LOL!

  I spent 10 days here with my wife and 5 year old. Loved it. Nice spacious apartment, neat, clean, great views of the bay. Whole stack of toys for my 5 year old. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to San Fran. Only 15min drive from downtown San Fran, and 2 min to get onto the i80. Very friendly and helpful landlord.

  Our stay in this Emeryville condo was the best ever in the San Francisco Bay Area ... and we have been coming here for many years. The condo furnishings make you feel like you are at home ... no, wait, even better than at home. The unit is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is wonderful if you plan to go to the East Bay, San Francisco, or for a drive up to the Napa Valley. Most of all, the owners, who live across the hall are absolutely wonderful people ... kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I am very, very picky and highly recommend this rental!

  There is only one thing better than being in the heart of San Francisco life, and that is being in this condo... so close to everything and with THE MOST AMAZING views. I really didn't want to leave. Every comfort considered and stunning style! I can't wait to come back!

  Perfectly stunning. Views are simply amazing. Bed is MOST comfortable. Player grand piano just plain fun. Space and amenities for comfortable living. Large, cozy library for game night, movie night, or curling up with one of a 1000 good books. Ideal location for city, wine country, 4th Street, or Bay Street. Really can't say enough about our hosts, Laurie and Stan.
