Sterling Breeze is a new upscale resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. Facing west, our residence(Unit 1502) provides great beach and sunset views.
Our residence is beautifully decorated and features a 42in. flat panel TV in the living room and additional TVs in each bedroom. All TVs are paired with DVD players and living room TV includes upgraded home theater system. Wireless Internet is provided at no charge in our unit and in the lobby.
Great amenities include pool, pool bar (with great seating and multiple large tvs), shared hot tub, fire pit, and a state of the art fitness center.
The resort is convenient to the new Pier Park development(walking distance), which features great dining, entertainment, and shopping. You'll find over 20 restaurants like Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Reggae J's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Guglielmo's Italian Grill(and more) for your enjoyment. Why the Owner Chose Sterling Breeze
Sterling has a great reputation for developing and managing resort properties. Sterling Breeze is an upscale development that's not so big that you feel crowded. It's easy to access and away from much of the local traffic during peak rental periods(and it's quieter). Pier Park is really convenient and is only a short walk. Most of our days "at the beach" don't involve any driving since we have Pizza Hut and Dusty's Oyster Bar just across and a great selection of restaurants just down at Pier Park.

Walk on the beach, spend some time in the hot tub, take a swim, grab some lunch and a drink at the pool bar, burn a few calories in the workout room, walk over to Dusty's for a burger or seafood, watch a DVD, walk down to Margaritaville for a drink, walk to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the big game, sit by the fire pit and watch the sun go down.....or you could actually get in the car and go do something else. (Golf, Waterpark, Gulfworld, Shopping, and on and on .......)

We live in Columbus, Georgia, so the trip to the beach is relatively short at 3.5 hours. Growing up close by, Panama City has been an annual destination for us over the years. We purchased this condominium in late 2008 and have really enjoy our time there. My wife is an "amateur" decorator and has worked hard to add many personal touches to the unit. On the other hand, I'm a bit of a technology junkie, so the in unit WIFI and upgraded sound system were a must! That said.. the real enjoyment is the sun, surf, beach and the beautiful views.........

I just wanted to say thank you for allowing us to use your condo. The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. It really did feel like home. I also appreciated your call the evening of the storm. It shows you are more than about making money from your rental. If we plan another vacation to PCB, we will definitely rent your unit!! We have stayed at Sterling Breeze before, but I have to say your unit is nicer than the others. Our friends that came ended up being only a couple of doors down from us, and they were envious of how gorgeous our unit was compared to theirs. All of the little personal touches you guys have added make a huge difference in the unit. Although the layout, furniture, and some of the bedding was the same, the unit was transformed from just a place to stay, to a home away from home. The reading material, and the scent when we walked in were our favorites. I don't know if it was the candles, or if you use spray, but everyone that came in commented and asked what smelled so wonderful. You guys have thought of everything!

We have arrived in Panama yesterday. We entered the condo and we can't get our jaws shut. We have rented many condo's in the past and this one is the best. Who did you hire to do the decorating? The condo is just wonderful, no problems with settling in on Saturday. The weather is cool but beautiful, the hot tub is hot and the fish at the restaurants is really fresh. We will have to use your condo again, it is perfect and beautiful.
