Famous Kapiolani Park is across the street and nightclubs and excellent restaurants are within a single blocks walk. Walk to the Zoo, aquarium, and ten minute walk to Waikiki beach.
The building and surrounding area is populated primarily by local homeowners but tourist activity is a short walk.
The Colony surf, once a hotel, was featured on the "Rich and Famous" series as one of the world's best hotels.
