El Manta Ray Condo boasts a large patio overlooking the ocean where manta rays, dolphins, and whales are frequently spotted. The house is not a palapa. It has beautiful windows and doors. Screens allow for the cool ocean breeze to blow in and keep the insects out. A highlight of the property is the double set of over sized floor to ceiling sliding glass doors providing spectacular views of the ocean. The condo has one bathroom and a full kitchen. It is fully tiled and very inviting, as Mexican casas should be.
There is a private stairway leading up from a beach to the property. Go for a refreshing stroll, dip in the ocean, and then walk back up to the patio to relax in the hammock and watch the sunset over the ocean.
Activity highlights include: relaxing on the beach, local dining, walks to the waterfalls, hiking, sport fishing, dolphin and whale watching, trips to Marieta's Islands, horseback riding, hammock naps, wake boarding, surfing, snorkeling, diving, etc…

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We love the ocean and the peace and adventure that Yelapa has to offer. Yelapa is Fernando's home town so he has a special tie to it. I love it because there aren't any roads -- so there aren't any cars. No traffic!!!! Please ask us any questions you have! We love to share any information we can.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is different than others in Yelapa because it has full windows. Many of the rentals in Yelapa are palapas -they are open and don't have windows- and are not as safe as our condos. We also have spectacular views - definitely some of the best in town. Our condos come fully furnished as well. We stay in them so we have equipped them with quality knives, plates, pots, sheets, etc.
10 minute walk from the house. There is a smaller private beach at the bottom of the house stairs.
This is a popular attraction to see. It is a 15 minute walk from the main house and local children love to point you in the right direction.
This waterfall is an hour hike up the river. You can hire a guide, go on horseback, or hike there on your own.
We have another casa. It is a two bedroom with an ocean view and is just up the hill from Manta Ray Condo.
