The view from Casa Palmita is simply stunning. You can see the ocean from every room in the house or sit out on the large patio and take it all in. While BBQing your catch of the day or while relaxing in your hammock, you can spot whales, dolphins, manta rays, and pelicans. Use the private access stairs to the beach below and take a swim after a day full of Yelapa activities. Go for a refreshing stroll, dip in the ocean, and then walk back up to the patio to relax in the hammock and watch the sunset over the ocean. Casa Palmita is also only a 5-minute walk into town or a short 10 minute walk to the main beach.
The house is completely enclosed and boasts abundant oversized windows and slidingglass doors faced with screens so you can enjoy the ocean breeze but keep the insects out. Another highlight of the property is the 7.5 ft long bathtub completed in Mexican style tile work. About the owner: Thanks for visiting our listing! Fernando was born in Yelapa and we met in the States. We have been working on making our homes for almost 10 years now. Visit miramaryelapa -- I currently work planning events and he manages a restaurant and fishing expeditions.
Why the Owner Chose Yelapa:
We love the ocean and the peace and adventure that Yelapa has to offer. Yelapa is Fernando's home town so he has a special tie to it. I love it because there aren't any roads -- so there aren't any cars. No traffic!!!! Please ask us any questions you have! We love to share any information we can.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our house is different than others in Yelapa because it has full windows. Many of the rentals in Yelapa are palapas -they are open and don't have windows- and are not as safe as our casas. We also have spectacular views - definitely some of the best in town. Our homes come fully furnished as well. We stay in them often, so we have equipped them with quality knives, plates, pots, sheets, etc.
