This fantastic beach house is all "Decked Out" to provide everything needed to make your visit the most memorable vacation ever! Lots of space (perfect for 2 families with children). Two large master bedrooms (both with king-sized beds), two bunk rooms for the kids, a spacious great room, roomy kitchen, front & back porches on each floor, and a top floor entertainment room with 2 adjoining covered decks where you can enjoy the community views, ocean breezes and wonderful sunsets.
Decorated with a beach theme including splashes of color that add a festive feel to your visit. The ground floor includes an expansive living room with adjoining dining area, upscale kitchen with custom cabinets and breakfast bar plus a king bedroom with a full bath. On the second floor, you will find the master suite with a king bed and adjoining private bath featuring a double vanity with vessel sinks and claw-foot tub. Also on this floor are two bunk rooms that share a hall bath and laundry room with washer/dryer.
The best is yet to come because everyone falls in love with the third floor entertainment area with 2 decks, wet bar (with ice-maker), entertainment center and another full bath. A sofa sleeper makes this room an additional sleeping space, if needed. Cozy porch furniture makes relaxing on the large, covered decks a favorite activity. Large porches on the first and second floors add to the spaciousness of this wonderful beach house. Flat screened TVs/DVDs throughout. WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET.
Enjoy a short walk along beautifully landscaped walking paths leading to the nearby 12,000 sq. ft. pool (the largest pool in the area), outdoor concerts/movies, fountains, and shops/restaurants located in the adjacent communities of Rosemary, Village of South Walton, & Alys Beach. Free shuttle service takes you directly to the beach walkway, ideal with small children and beach toys. Parking for two cars. Saturday to Saturday rental.

We have stayed in this hm with some friends and 5 kids! So much fun. Very close to the pool & the beach. Located just a walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. Beautiful neighborhood & an AWESOME pool! The house is well taken care and offer all you need for a fun time!! Nice customer service. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Thanks so much!
