AS GOOD AS IT GETS..... This is an almost new House, just completed in January 2003. All new furniture, appliances, etc. Conveniently located on Marathon Key, in the middle of the Keys. Quick boat access to Ocean and Gulf, and a short drive to any Keys attractions. Fully furnished with ALL amenities, Just bring your luggage and relax. Sorry, pets NOT allowed, NO smoking.
Waterfront is on open water, Bonefish Bay, with 8 foot wide boardwalk and a 32 foot "T" dock, with fish cleaning table, lights, electric, water, and fresh water outdoor shower to cool off on hot days. Lower level storage room for coolers, fishing equipment, etc. Also a bait freezer.
Spectacular Views: Sunrise from the living room balcony over Bonefish Bay and Sunset from the master bedroom balcony over Shelter Bay.
Cabana Club: Membership includes, ocean beach, pool (heated & cooled), Jacuzzi, showers, pool side cocktail lounge, snack bar, beach shop. And a restaurant and fishing pier onto Ocean.

This place was spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. It was a short walk to the pool, shopping and Sparky's for a good food.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+.

Great location. Walk to marina, coffee house (great food too), and restaurants (super happy hour). We found the house exactly as described. Very spacious, modern, clean and well stocked. If you are a sunrise/sunset person you will not be disappointed. Also, wireless internet connection was flawless! Can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This house was everything it said it was and more. Well-kept and clean....located on the Key Colony Key which is like it's own private island. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, marina, beach club and shopping! We really enjoyed our stay here....thanks!
