The living room, kitchen and master bedroom all lead out to a large covered patio with furniture and BBQ for entertaining and a complete misting system for the really warm days. There is also an outdoor firepit to extend your outdoor living time year round.
The master bedroom has a beautiful queen bed with en-suite bathroom and huge walk-in closet, and TV/DVD. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a futon/twin sleeper, and TV/DVD/game system. Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the adjacent 2nd bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room, plus an inflatable queen bed and a port-a-crib / play yard for an infant or toddler.
Great golfing is nearby at many locations, including the renowned Mission Lakes in Desert Hot Springs. A short walk from the house takes you to a cute child play park and sport courts. Three night minimum stay required. Cleaning fee of $100.
Rate is for up to 6 people. Each additional person is $10/night.
Rates include twice weekly pool cleaning and gardener.
A utility surcharge may be charged for extra pool/spa heater use.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept checks and Paypal.
We require a refundable security deposit of $750.

We are a family with two growing boys, and love to spend time together doing activities and relaxing.
Why the Owner Chose Desert Hot Springs
We love the desert as a vacation spot for our family. Our family and friends enjoy swimming, hiking, skiing, golf and relaxing. Desert Hot Springs is close to everything including the city of Palm Springs and we find that we have everything that we need for a great vacation at our vacation rental home. The view of the mountains and the stars at night is gorgeous. We love it, and you will too!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The greatest thing about our vacation house is the space. We like to invite friends and family to join us, and the house and backyard is very spacious so there's plenty of room for us all.
Our favorite thing to do at our vacation home is use the private pool and spa. There's also a basketball hoop, so there's plenty to keep our two boys entertained. For dinner we like to BBQ using the charcoal grill, and put on the firepit, which really extends the evenings. The view of the mountains and the stars at night is spectacular from our backyard.
Close by are lots of activities including golf, hiking in Joshua Tree, great shopping and lots of choices for casual dining or fine dining.
