  WE SPENT 13 DAYS IN THIS COMFORTABLE HOME. THE OWNERS HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL AT HOME. THE LISTING WAS MODESTLY WRITTEN. THE PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND VERY CLEAN. THE KITCHEN IS VERY WELL EQUIPED. I AM AN AVID COOK AND THERE WAS NOTHING I NEEDED THAT WAS NOT THERE. MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS WERE AS PLEASED AS CAN BE. WE HARDLY LEFT THE HOUSE BECAUSE WE WERE CATCHING UP ON VISITING , AS WE ARE FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS. WE DID GO TO JOSHUA TREE, AND THE CABOTT MUSEUM WHICH WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO GET A GREAT FEEL OF THE AREA. WE HAVE RENTED VRBO VARIOUS TIMES , IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST. THE OWNERS ARE VERY CARING AND WANTING YOUR STAY TO BE ALL THEY PROMISED .....WE WOULD COME BACK.!!!!!

  Me and my 2 1/2 daughter and husband and my parents and sister rented this house for a week! We love to walk early am so it was very nice area to walk and nice neighbors very quiet! Park very close by to walk our parents little dog and for our daughter to play etc. The pool and spa were amazing very little heat needed to get it comfortable. The house was very spacious and beds very comfortable and house was very clean! We entertained a couple nights and our guests who lived there thought it was a very nice house! Kerrie had wine beer and water and soda and coffee for you upon arrival. We bought our groceries and never ate out. Very close to everything you need! Highly recommend for anytime of the year! Definitely will rent their house upon our return to palm springs! Kerrie is very organized with her contract and instructions for the house etc which was very helpful!

  This is very nice and clean house to stay if you need to find a place for some days around this area. The price is reasonable. The hosts are so nice that they make you have a feeling that is your own home. Kerrie is so kind and very easy to communicate with. They have arranged many stuff for us including many free drinks, also a free internet with WiFi. Everyone in my group loved and enjoyed the days in this house. We cooked our food and swam in the warm spa. My daughter just wanted to keep staying there when we left. If you want a HOME, not a hotel, to stay, here is the right place! Highly recommended! A+++!

  What can we add to the praises of others? Here's why this property worked so well in our situation. Family members gathered to greet our son at 29 Palms Marine Base returning from deployment and spend his few days leave with him. Plans could not be made until immediately prior - by God's grace he was coming home, but the dates kept shifting. We wanted flexibility - someplace to 'hang and chill' to get reacquainted, or go out and do things - whatever he needed. The house is so comfy and has so many amenities - we enjoyed star gazing and chatting in the pool spa before bedtime. We also went to Palm Springs a couple times - good eats! And, by surprise, the Harley Davidson Weekend made for quite a festival downtown. We enjoyed a night in with a movie and Rocky's New York pizza take out near by the house. Yum ! This was so much more satisfying than a cluster of hotel rooms - at a very reasonable price. And Kerrie went above and beyond to communicate and attend to many details to make our stay so wonderful. In spite of it being so impromptu, it came together so well. We thank you for your hospitality !

  Fantastic house! My family of 4 could not have asked for more. The house is incredible in every aspect.  The gourmet kitchen was so well equipped - nothing was missed. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are great. The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short drive from Palm Springs, but far enough away from the noise and the hustle to relax. Very near to grocery stores, restaurants and fast food, 24hr Kmart Store, and most important, Starbucks. Keri was a great host, leaving drinks and snacks for us. The property was immaculate when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool during the day and enjoyed the spa for many hours in the evening. The pool and spa are first rate. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and ate our meals on the large patio.  The kids stayed busy with various games and DVDs in the house.  We would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a comfortable fully equipped vacation home. We are planning to stay here again and can't wait to come back. Thanks for everything, Keri.

  My husband and I, and our 6 yr old twins, stayed at this beautiful home for a week in April 2012.  We loved the home and location so much; we are already talking about our next trip later this year.  The home was sparkling clean, as was the pool and spa, and was located in a nice new community in Desert hot springs. It was appointed with everything you could think of, very spacious and beautifully decorated. We spent two mornings hiking at the nearby Joshua Tree national park (a must!) and also took advantage of the great park on the street.  The owners were responsive to our needs, and helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank You!

• Very Nice

  We had a really nice time during our stay here. The house is clean and well kept and the space was perfect for our family. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and and my grandmother, and the house was perfect in accommodating everyone's needs. It is a quick drive into downtown Palm Springs or to Joshua Tree (which you must go see...it's so beautiful!). The owners are really nice, and so easy to work with. The pool area is great and they include 4 hours of pool heating per day at no extra cost. Many of the other homes we looked at charged for heating in addition to the rental cost. Overall, the house is a great bargain. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is really windy in Desert Hot Springs, which can make it pretty chilly outside in the mornings and evenings. But when you are sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine, you don't mind so much :)

We try and make things as easy as possible for guests to make themselves at home, by leaving coffee and tea, and stocking the fridge with cold beverages, as well as keeping the bathrooms furnished with toiletries. Our home is very child friendly for families traveling with kids. I'm sorry the wind was a bit bothersome during your stay; this only happens occasionally. Mostly, Desert Hot Springs has gorgeous weather, and 350 sunny days a year. Please consider us again next time your visiting the desert, we love great guests like yourselves to return.   My family spent a week at this house in September and we love everything about it! The host was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean, refrigerator stocked with some beverages, and best of all we had a pool and spa to ourselves. We felt like this was our second home. We had breakfast in the patio while the kids played and splashed around in the pool. Evenings are stunning with the nice warm weather and backdrop of the sunset. We also enjoyed the open skies at night viewing the stars from the pool and spa. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. At the end of the street, there's a bike/skateboard park and basketball courts. The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to visit - Joshua Tree, Outlet stores, golf courses, Discovery Museum, great restaurants in and around Palm Springs, movies, and a lot more. I would highly recommend this home.

  The owner of this property will maximize your comfort at this home. She accommodated a late arrival (by a couple days!) due to a sick baby. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times. She stocked the refrigerator with all kinds of goodies for us, including bottled water, beer and wine. The neighborhood is working-class and quiet. It is an easy 20 minutes to the heart of Palm Springs. The property itself is kept immaculately clean. There is plenty of everything: bedding, towels, utensils, etc. There were games and toys that were enjoyed by our 1-year-old and our 4-year-old (but there was even more for older kids- if you've got 'em). The pool was delightful and very well-maintained. (Pool cleaners came twice during our week-long stay.) In sum, the price was quite reasonable, the property was great for families, it is so well-maintained, and the owner is as delightful as can be. I highly recommend this property.
