Watch the Dolphins play in the ocean, or the Osprey's and Pelicans flying close to the water in order catch their morning meal as you drink your morning coffee. Believe me, you will not want to leave!
This 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo unit really lends itself well to a retired couple or single individual looking to spend their WINTER months away from the SNOW and COLD of the North!
Enjoy the "weekly" Senior's Social & Mix in the Condo Community Room that faces the Ocean. Here couples or singles will meet to talk, eat (enjoy an occasional pot luck dinner!), play games, or enjoy their fine beverage of choice.
You can surf the internet, however, I doubt you will since there is plenty of social interaction in this Community Room after a full day whether relaxing on the Beach, by the Pool, on the Golf Course, Fishing, visiting the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & Marine Science Center, Birds of Prey Center, Shopping or just feasting on local fare at many of the fine restaurants located in Ponce Inlet or in the Daytona and Ormond Beach area.
We rent this condo for the months of December thru April (Rent MULTIPLE MONTHS at a DISCOUNT!); this is our "family vacation home" that we utilize in the late Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. It has all the amenities that you should need; if not, then let us know.
There are local restaurants with view of the Atlantic Ocean (ex. North Turn Restaurant is within walking from the Condo Unit) or Intercoastal Restaurants with views of the Florida Sunset (i.e. Inlet Harbor, Lighthouse, BoonDocks, CatFish Annie's and Dockside Restaurants!); Golf; Shopping; Daytona Beach & Outside Music & Bandshell; International Symphony Theater and Playhouse(s); Movie Theaters; Daytona International Speedway; Night Clubs & Dancing; Shopping Malls; and much-much more!
