The COVE at Trail’s End Resort and Marina™ is a unique gated resort located in the southwest corner of Georgia along the Chattahoochee River on Lake Seminole. This multi-slip floating community is unique in this part of the country. From Tennessee to the Gulf of Mexico you won’t find another floating resort like Trail’s End. The resort and marina offers a waterfront restaurant and raw bar, cabin, RV and houseboat rentals and on-site general store offering all your needs including fishing licenses.

Perfect for groups up to 10 people, our St. Augustine model rental houseboat is fully modern with all the conveniences of home. Built on a large 55’x16' wide marine rated hull, Harbor Homes™ created this beautiful luxury houseboat. It features soaring ceilings and full kitchen and bath. There is plenty of room for guests to join together or enjoy some peace and quiet with a bow and stern railed porch, and separate staterooms. Houseboats rent for $200 per night and cabins start at $74 per night.

If you have more people in your party or want to organize a larger group event, Trail’s End can host RVers with our modern hookup sites, upscale cabins and camping areas.

Trail’s End Resort and Marina™ offers pontoon boat rentals, bike rentals, and has boat launch, covered boat slips, fuel and other marina services available to the public and guests of the COVE. We also have easy access storage area for your boat trailer.

Besides a lush rainforest atmosphere and nature trails, we offer a brand new state-of-the-art clubhouse, decorated by known Lake Seminole artists, complete with custom-made leather furniture indoors, custom made patio furniture around the private pool, an eight person hot tub, gated children’s playground, game and arcade room, workout facilities, full laundry, business conference center, and picnic areas along with a full-service restaurant on premises.

Award Winning Fishing abounds. We are right on the main part of the river so you can instantly head out to explore the area. On a 38,000 acre fresh water lake called the “Bass Capital of Georgia” by Governor Sonny Purdue. And there are hunting opportunities nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.

The COVE offers more than a “Key West” sunset nightly.
• Host a party in our luxurious clubhouse, with a full kitchen, so there’s no mess to cleanup at home.
• Stuff yourself silly at Pop’s Dockside Grill and Raw Bar with the best home-style Southern fare anywhere. You have not lived until you try our fried chicken and catfish. And wash it all down with an icy cold beer, some wine or a delicious fruity cooler.
• Shed some pounds in the workout room on the high tech treadmill.
• Leisurely bike around 70 acres of manicured grounds. Nature sanctuaries surround our property abounding with wildlife.
• Rent a new pontoon boat and cruise up and down the Chattahochee River and Lake Seminole enjoying fishing and birdwatching.
• Whip your best bud in a heated game of air hockey or make that three rail shot to win a game of eight ball.
• Explore the nature trails or venture out into a wider wilderness.
• Join us at the Tiki hut for a nighttime festival and marshmallow roast.
• Catch fish off your deck & grill it on your porch!

We are near Seminole State Park and other local attractions.

Surrounded by beautiful forests we are far enough from any city that every night is filled with starlight and the serenity of the river cannot be matched. You will be lulled into a blissful sleep.
