Condo Kalena is a professionally decorated new condo in a quaint Mexican neighborhood in downtown Puerto Vallarta. One balcony looks directly to the sea and is perfect for your morning coffee. The large front terrace allows views to the bay, mountains, city and marina and is a great place for other meals if you wish to dine al fresco.

For our guests with mobility issues, the guest bath has a large shower with built-in seat. There is also a rail for help in rising from the toilet. The building also has a wheelchair lift to the rooftop infinity pool as well as an elevator for access to the condo and pool lift.
All children under 16 must be accompanied to the pool by an adult.

Only 2 blocks away is the local "mercado" with the fresh catch of the day and vine ripened produce. You may also walk 6 blocks downhill to the beach and approximately 10 blocks to the North end of the "malecon", a concrete walk next to the sea where local artisans offer their wares for sale and entertainers perform for tips.
