The master bedroom overlooks the private spa & pool with a 2nd fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet. Conveniences available throughout including High Speed Wireless internet (.11N), dual AC, ceiling fans in each room, washer & dryer in laundry room w/sink, CD & DVD entertainment center, and Digital HD Cable. The kitchen includes a preparation island, cherry cabinets, pantry, double ovens, gas cook-top, french door refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and is fully stocked with table settings for 12.
Top of the line bedding for the king and 3 queen beds, plus a self-inflating queen air-bed in the large sectional sofa provides additional sleep areas for 10+. Writing desks w/chairs in 3 bedrooms and main living area. The pool area has 2 dining tables with 4 chairs each and lounge chairs to relax in the sun. Everything is new (furniture, bedding, carpet, paint) in this 3 year old home which was recently set up as a vacation retreat.

La Quinta is a great location for blue/sunny skies year around with excellent golf, biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, and just plain relaying by the pool. There are also many great resturants, and excellent shopping.

Awesome home, my family has spent two family vacations there and plan on going back. Pool, pool table, spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms all worked outed perfectly for our extended family getaway!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My friends and I rented this house for the Coachella Valley music festival and it was definitely worth it. The hot tub and pool table were a big hit with my friends and we found ourselves at times not even wanting to leave the house! Best of all the owner Jeff was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, this house made it a weekend that we'll never forget!
