Superb location. Situated on Tuscan Ridge, an up market development off of Highway 27, set amongst orange groves and mature woodlands.
The private, heated south facing pool is screened and has a large fully furnished patio deck area. The pool has underwater lighting, the deck has overhead lights and fans for those relaxing evenings after a long day at the nearby theme parks. The pool area is accessible via patio doors from both master bedrooms, living room & great room. All patio doors have child alarms for your peace of mind.
The villa has over 2500 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Both master bedrooms are en suite and both have queen-size beds. One has a walk-in closet and cable TV. Two further bedrooms have two single beds in each and share adjacent bathroom. The great room has a two-seater sofa bed as well as a three-seater sofa. There is a large separate second living room with 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, ideal if the young ones want their own space. There is also a large dining room and a dining nook area. The villa is open plan with archways separating the great room, second living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is also a separate, fully-equipped laundry room.
The villa is furnished by an interior designer to a high standard.
A cot/highchair/stroller are available{please request when booking}. There is a petrol station/supermarket and pharmacy less than one mile away. There are several championship golf courses close by including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate and the 2 new fantastic courses at Reunion.
On-site amenities include tennis courts,volley ball, childs play area and clubhouse.
