This is the best Utah vacation rental with a relaxed mountain lodge feel. Home is located at the base of the ski canyons perched against the mountains with both valley views and mountains views. Enjoy soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a great day of skiing or take the chill off in the stone slated 4 person steam room. Beautifully decorated 3200 square foot home features lofted vaulted ceilings, wood beams and a cozy wood burning stove. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel Viking appliances. In addition the home has plenty of entertainment with a large 50 inch plasma TV, a pool table that also converts to a ping pong table, a slot machine, and custom poker table, children’s room with bean bags and X box with games. Each bedroom also has its own TV with DVD.
Home is conveniently located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and is just one block South of Little Cottonwood Rd. This makes your commute to the premier ski resorts Alta & Snowbird within 1 traffic light or just 15 minutes.
Back yard is wooded and private and accentuates that vacation feel. Back deck has views of the Salt Lake Valley and has seating, picnic table and gas grille for cooking up some juicy steaks.

The home looks and feels like a vacation home or lodge. I don't feel like I'm in someones home but actually at a vacation resort or lodge. I like the mountain feel, the mountain air and views of the valley and mountains.

My wife and I love each season and the activities they bring. We particularly love the snow and believe that Utah has the best snow on earth! In addition Utah has some of the best variety of recreation and beauty found any where. Hard to beat!

So beautiful and large enough that we could all sit together for meals & movies - yet so many quiet little spots to just go and be alone when needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the past 3 months. We have had the best vacation of our lives spending time with our daughter, husband & 4 grandchildren as well as with the many new friends in Marniers Landing. The result of this time puts us in a position that we will most likely build a home here in the next year & move from Oregon. Your home is very similar to the home we plan to build on our lot on the 10th Fairway so we were able to incorporat things we like into our plans.
