The first floor has 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 1.5 baths and enclosed porch. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 1 bath and small outdoor deck. It is great for small groups or large families. The house is a 5 minute walk from one of the last remaining ocean front amusement parks, Palace Playland.
You can even "walk to Boston" by boarding the Amtrack train at the local station for a day in the city. The front porch is great and large enough to accommodate family meals or just sitting and watch the world go by.
Old Orchard Beach has numerous restaurants, arcades and amusements, shops and the famous Pier all within walking distance from the house. There is also a small yard with gas and charcoal grills available, outdoor shower, and picnic tables.
Partial rentals, off season rates and some pets allowed.
