All I can say is the experience and the time spent at the cabin was amazing. First..The cabin is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. Everything you need, and a lot more, is there. All you have to do is bring your clothes and some food. Having that much room and the comfortable environment of the cabin is very relaxing. Then, if you want to play some games, just go upstairs and play away. You have electronic games, board games, cards, and pool right at your fingertips. Not to mention how nice it was relaxing in the hot tub. I can't say anything else other than my wife and I had a great anniversary at The Dragonfly.

This cabin is absolutely georgous....well equiped and very comfortable. If you are looking for an area that is full of beautiful scenery, then the Blue Ridge, Georgia area will not disappoint you. The town of Blue Ridge has quaint shops and gourmet restaurants (try The Brewery!) The Dragonfly would comfortably accomodate 6 to 8 people. Do yourself a favor and chose this cabin if you are visiting this area.

Great Way to Reconnect with that Special Someone

We we're impressed with everything about this property; from the detailed description of the cabin, great directions provided by the owner and all the extra touches we found once we arrived. Such a beautiful place, there is no reason to leave the cabin. The peacefulness of relaxing by the firepit and listening to the birds is a great way to relax as well as the daily dip in the hot tub with our morning cup of coffee. We ventured out for some sightseeing and shopping and fell in love with the Blue Ridge area. We definitely plan to return next summer to visit the Lake. We have already recommended this cabin to friends and relatives and thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

We went up to the cabin the last week in October, It was awesome to see the leaves change color. Everone in the town of Blue Ridge was so warm and friendly. The cabin was even more than I had ever expected. Tami went out of her way to be sure we had all the information we needed to see all the sites and have a blast! The cabin is beautiful, and has everything! The hot tub was an awesome place to chill & relax. The view was breathtaking. We will certainly return as soon as we can! We want to go back when there is snow on the ground! Tami Kudos to you,thank you for allowing us to share the mountains in your cabin! Till we meet again. ;0)

The Dragonfly was more than my wife and I expected. It is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway. Taml really set us up great with champagne, candles and chocolates. We will make sure to make The Dragonfly a future vacation spot for our entire family

This is one of the nicest VRBO's that I have ever stayed at. The binder full of information is something that I have never seen. A lot of time and effort was put into it and it really made things nice. Anyone who is planning on staying if you take Doublehead Gap road to the right at the bottom of the mountain and stay on it. It leads straight to SR 52 right in the heart of the orchards. Take a right on 52 and you are in Elijay in another 5 minutes. This turned a 45-50 minute drive into a 25 minute drive. I have already told all of my friends and family about the cabin and a couple have checked it out for future use. All of the waterfalls in the area were great as well as the numerous other attractions within an hours drive. All of the games and pool table are very nice for just hanging out at the cabin if you don't feel like venturing out for a day. We spent 10 days there and we could have stayed for another 10 years. It was an absolutely amazing place to be with all of the wildlife and peace.

We spent this past weekend at The Dragonfly Cabin and had a fantastic getaway weekend. If you're looking for a quiet, away from it all kind of place, this is it. Roomy, spotless, comfortable, and ooh so quiet. What a great place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Tami, we will be back!

Our Dragonfly vacation was the best! The cabin is a home away from home. Decorated perfectly, very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The mountain views were amazing. We arrived late October for a wonderful stay in the Dragonfly;leaves were changing lady bugs everwhere. The cabin is very secluded, maintained and found it to be a home away from home. Our daughter enjoyed the fire pit, and the dog loved the warm fireplace. I actually slept (which is great) like a baby in that bed I hated to leave. We cooked soup,Strata, and steak on the grill;homemade breakfast you eat on a plate. We love the mountains, and look forward to a return trip to Blue Ridge.

If you are looking for an awesome cabin in Blue Ridge, that is very affordably priced, you can't go wrong with "The Dragonfly". We stayed there October 17-18 and found it to be everything we wanted. It was immaculate, roomy and so beautiful inside and out. Tami was very sweet and genuinely interested in making visitors have everything they need to enjoy a relaxing and fun experience. There was plenty of room and the kids will love the loft area with games and the Playstation, which is great if the weather doesn't cooperate! Please give Tami a call the next time you are searching for the ideal cabin. You will be so glad you did.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Dragonfly on October 17 and 18, 2009, and I must say, we were not disappointed! It had everything you could possibly need. So many little extras you don't always find elsewhere. It is beautifully decorated, the place just sparkled, it was sooooo clean! The beds were most comfy, and hey, I even learned how to shoot pool! Once we got the temp right on the hot tub, oh man, couldn't have asked for a more relaxing way to end the night. The accommodations certainly fit our needs, and we had room for more. We will have to let the kids join us next time. They will love the loft area with their own fireplace.The pictures do not do The Dragonfly justice. Tami was very sweet and easy to work with during the booking process. I wish we could have spent more time at this lovely place, but we will always remember that special weekend where we just kicked back and were totally lazy! For the price, you can't go wrong. Looking forward to returning again soon. I would not hesitate to give this home a total "thumbs up" to anyone who asks. Thank you Tami for allowing us the chance to spend time in Blue Ridge - that was our first visit to the area and we will definitely be back.

I can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Dragonfly. I was blessed to visit in early Oct. The leaves were changing and the weather was perfect. The cabin and the location were nothing less than breath taking. Tami and Jeff have thought of everything right down to the cozy bathrobes supplied for use when getting in and out of the relaxing hot tub. You will literally will only need your clothesand groceries. Anything else is already there. I would recommend the Dragonfly to ANYONE whether they are looking for a peaceful or romantic weekend getaway or a family vacation retreat. Tami has supplied everything you need to find anything to do or anywhere to go. My whole experience was mind, body, and soul enriching. I WILL be back.

We stayed at the very end of Feb for a last minute getaway. I saw the Dragonfly on VRBO & noticed it was available. Contacting Tami was very easy. She was helpful & very pleasant. I booked the cabin & we were on our way! The pictures of the cabin did not do it the justice it deserved. The cabin was GORGEOUS. The little descriptive notes & instructions made the cabin very user friendly. The attention to detail & the little things, such as the basket of granola bars & deer feed, gave the Dragonfly that little extra something. We enjoyed all it had to offer...The boys enjoyed the pool table. We all enjoyed the hot tub & the little deer corral & fire pit brought smiles to our faces! Tami, thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We have been to other cabins, & they were all nice, but this one is special! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was beautiful and packed full of all the amenities we could have hoped for. They also provided a notebook full of activity ideas, directions to local attractions, and reviews and directions to local places to eat (and more). Tami was also very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely like to come back during the summer sometime!

We went to the dragonfly with no expectations and what we found was WOW! The cabin was so beatuiful and filled with extras everywhere you turned. The scenery was majestic. The snow and stars viewed from the hot tub were amazing. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. The cabin gave us a feeling of home and we would absolutely love to come back. We had a great time at your cabin. It is secluded yet not so far from town that we felt we were driving forever to get back into town. We loved the fireplaces; we lit them both. We also really enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The bathrobes were so wonderful that we are now trying to find some to purchase for use at home. The Dragonfly cabin is a beautiful, well equipped property. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were huge, the screened porch is excellent and the game room entertained my kids. Everything is labeled and in pristine condition. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, glasses, plates, pyrex and silverware. Just bring food and you will be able to cook all your meals! We will recommend the Dragonfly to all our friends!

I can't say enough good things about this cabin and the owners. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We have small children, and there was plenty to entertain them for a few days. The owners had a fantastic booklet with all the area information we could have asked for, it was very helpful. They are also very friendly and concerned with their guests opinions. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Tami was great to work with. Cabin was all we had anticipated. We sat on porch and enjoyed the quiet. Soaked in hot tub, played a little poker and pool, all provided at cabin. It was great. We will enjoy this cabin again.
