With its base at 9500 feet, Copper Mountain has more snow for more months than most resorts in Colorado. Conveniently located under 2 hours from the Denver Airport and just minutes off I-70, it’s very easy to get to. In addition to great skiing and snowboarding, Copper has tubing, cross country ski trails, ice skating, hiking trails, fishing, golf, mini-golf, go carts, downhill mountain biking, a gym, pool, spa, and a stable all at the resort. Just minutes away there are guided and unguided snowmobile and ATV rentals, whitewater rafting, rock climbing and much more.

Our spacious, new, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome has unobstructed views of the mountain and pine forest and is located in the quiet, family section of Copper known as Union Creek. Ski to within 200' of our door in the winter or take in the views & sounds of the creek in the summer. With 2700 s/f of living space, our unit is 600 s/f larger than the older 4 BR units next door in phase one. Park in our 2 car heated garage and walk 1000' to the restaurants, bars, and shops in the Center Village. To get to the lifts in Center Village, walk over the bridge, walk 100' up a small hill, strap in and ski down to the American Flyer. If the kids are going to the Ski School in Union Creek it's only a 1 minute walk from our unit. Drop off the kids then jump on the Highpoint lift. Union Creek also has Equipment Rentals, Retail, a restaurant and Guest Service which sell lift tickets all 1 minute away.

Our home has high–end finishes yet is warm and cozy. Keeping all of your gear organized will be easy with our numbered storage areas and professional 19 pair boot/glove dryer complete with power strip for recharging your boot warmers. We added a second washer/dryer for your convenience. The kids can keep occupied in their two private play areas while the adults hang out in the main living area or enjoy the private hot tub which faces the mountain and the stars. Each bedroom has a 46” LCD TV with every movie channel+PBTV, DVR, 2-X-Box 360's, PS3, Blu-ray/CD/DVD, I-Pod Dock, and more. There are 2 desks/work areas complete with computers for surfing the web and checking e-mail (no downloading) with free high speed wireless internet, free local and long distance calls/faxes. We have a trail map blown up and framed so the kids can talk about today’s adventures and plan tomorrow's. If you’re a smoker or enjoy an après ski drink, do so on the deck in comfort under our 50,000 BTU gas umbrella heater. If you like it wet, jump in our private hot tub. Our management company is available 24 hours a day and they offer many levels of maid service.

There are 2 futon mattresses under the bunk beds that can be moved to any room which increases your sleeping arrangement flexibility.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
We target destination travelers so the pricing is based on 6 night stays.
We will allow a 5 night stay for a 10% premium
We will allow a 4 night stay for a 20% premium
We will allow a 3 night stay for a 30% premium
If booking over a Holiday there is a 5 night minimum and specials do not apply.
The Departure Cleaning/Supply Restock Fee is $375
The Regional/State/Resort Taxes = 10%.
There is a refundable Security Deposit of $2,000.

Discounts may be available for last minute bookings, extended stays or filling gaps between bookings.
A maximum of 10 adults or 16 total guests are allowed in the home.
The Minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 30.
There are No Pets and No Smoking Allowed in the home!

My name is Jim Newsome and I am the owner of the property you are interested in. My wife Eileen and our 4 teenage sons love our vacation homes in both Florida and Colorado but we can't be there as often as we would like. My blessing and curse is that I am an anal retentive perfectionist. Although this maybe a character flaw when it comes to personal relationships, it is a huge asset in business. All of our guests appreciate my attention to detail, design, organization and cleanliness. I am always available to answer any questions and give guests the info they need to make their trip great. My goal is to make our 2nd home feel like your second home.

    • We stayed at this perfectly located townhome for a week in March. Not only is the location ideal, it really has everything you need for your ski vacation. There is lots of storage for all the gear, well appointed finishes, high quality furnishings, and plenty of televisions/game stations etc to keep people of all ages occupied. We highly recommend this home and applaud Jim's attentiveness to his beautiful home and tenants.

    • The condo is incredible. All the bells and whistles. Contemporary design with all the amenities and creature comforts. Jim left no stone unturned in providing what is unquestionably the nicest condo at Copper. The location is true ski in/ski out (1 minute walk to lift). I would not even consider staying anywhere else in the future at Copper.
