Due to the wonderful U.S. economy (sarcasm) we have dropped our nightly price for Christmas and Presidents week. This is the ideal townhouse rental for a family (or two or three!) with young children. We are 1500 square feet on 3 floors located across the valley from Vail Mountain with gorgeous front deck/living room Gore Range and ski run views! At its previous nightly rate ($550-600/night) it was a bargain for a couple of families to rent, now it is truly a steal.
It is short walk to the Town of Vail free bus (albeit cold and slippery!) but there is covered garage parking in our home should you choose to have a car.
Our home is comfortable and handles large families easily. Best of all, it is child friendly and comes with a high chair, age appropriate toys for 0-4 years old, child gates, outlet covers, and and a Pack'n Play crib. Our home has been rated a "Gold" by the Vail Chamber of Commerce rating system in recent years. Sorry, there is only an iPod Sound Dock.
After a busy day on the slopes, come home to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table big enough to seat 8. Or use the gas grill to cook your meals. Your vacation should not be spent spending hours at the supermarket upon arrival, therefore, the pantry is stocked with the basics to limit your time shopping. After dinner, slip into a 5 person private hot tub in the back yard and plan your next day on the mountain. The views from our front deck are some of the best in the Vail Valley!
