This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on four private acres near Hilo and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Home is on a paved road with gated driveway. Enjoy your coffee on the screened lanai where you can listen to the birds chirping in the forest. Tastefully decorated in Hawaiian/Asian style, this spacious home can accommodate families or groups of travelers. Laundry facilities are located in the 2 car garage.

The Master Suite has private bath, walk-in closet and queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a sofa with a full sized pull-out bed. Fully equipped kitchen with snack bar and dining area.

Located in a peaceful setting a few miles from Highway 11, this is an especially great vacation home for families.

  • We just returned home after spending almost 2 weeks in this wonderful home. It's quiet and private, surrounded by a forest of Ohia trees and ferns. We enjoyed sitting in the screened lanai listening to the birds and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The kitchen was perfect for cooking so we only ate 2 meals away from our temporary home. We enjoyed being so close to Volcano National Park, Hilo, and the ocean. The waterfalls in the area are beautiful! Our visits to Volcano National Park were very interesting and we enjoyed doing some hiking and watching the active volcano. The farmers market in Hilo is a great place to purchase homemade food, fresh fruit, and vegetables for very reasonable prices. We had such a great time that we are planning another trip to the Big Island within the next 6 months and will definitely stay in this delightful home when we return.
