Kim and her parents (who live right down the road) were so helpful and nice. The house was very clean and the property was extremely nice. We loved this house and will for sure use it again in the future. Thank you Kim, Al and Joyce!!! We loved it!!!

This house is beautiful and modern. It's way out there, so you will need a car! The property owner is very nice and the house keeper does a wonderful job. I definitely see this place becoming popular once more people learn about it! Better book early!

This house had everything we needed during our two week stay! We spent most of our time at the house on the screened lanai, watching the sun, then the rain. The weather was always warm and the screened lanai gave us the feeling of being outside without getting soaked during the passing rainstorms. There is no cable TV at this house, but it only made us realize how much fun we can have when we don't have it. And sometimes our cell phones didn't work well either, but honestly it was kind of nice. Forced relaxation! Thanks Kim, we really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home!

We just returned home after spending almost 2 weeks in this wonderful home. It's quiet and private, surrounded by a forest of Ohia trees and ferns. We enjoyed sitting in the screened lanai listening to the birds and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The kitchen was perfect for cooking so we only ate 2 meals away from our temporary home. We enjoyed being so close to Volcano National Park, Hilo, and the ocean. The waterfalls in the area are beautiful! Our visits to Volcano National Park were very interesting and we enjoyed doing some hiking and watching the active volcano. The farmers market in Hilo is a great place to purchase homemade food, fresh fruit, and vegetables for very reasonable prices. We had such a great time that we are planning another trip to the Big Island within the next 6 months and will definitely stay in this delightful home when we return.
