This luxurious spacious 3-bedroom (top floor) Penthouse is located on Aruba's 3 mile long white sand Eagle Beach. This condo is the largest and most luxurious in the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condominium Resort. Oceania is the only beachfront condo resort on the island; all other beachfront resorts are either time-shares or hotel resorts. The Penthouse is brand new (just completed August 2008).

This top floor Penthouse with roof top terrace is without a doubt the best unit in the Oceania condo resort. Three large balconies, stretching across the living room and bedrooms, provide unforgettable ocean views. The Penthouse has luxurious tropical high end furniture and a spacious master bathroom with a large Jacuzzi. The roof top terrace (2100SQF) has a spectacular panoramic ocean view. The terrace is accessible by a private spiral staircase from the Penthouse. There is a private large outdoor Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) on the terrace in addition to the one in the master bedroom.
The luxurious modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 4-seat dining bar-table, and a large formal dining table. There are three 40 inch flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The Penthouse has three full modern bathrooms with top end bath accessories. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds. A third bedroom has 2 full size double beds. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeping sofa. Additional 2 roll-away beds with pillows/linen are available and can be comfortably used in this premium penthouse. Baby crib available. The best feature is the private roof top terrace with Hot Tub. Our guests can enjoy the beautiful sunset with friends and family on the large roof top terrace. No other 3 Bedroom unit in Oceania has this.
Our penthouse is one of the largest 3 bedroom 3 bath unit in Oceania. It is the second units from the beach. It is the only large 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with roof top terrace. The beach is just about 100 feet from the balconies.
All our guests love our local manager Randy. He is from Texas and lives in Aruba for 11 years. Randy will greet you in our penthouse and provide all the information you may need while on vacation. He also can arrange babysitting, chef service and massage services for you. If you need something, please just ask Randy.

We are world travelers and fell in love with Aruba in 2007. We enjoyed the Eagle beach in front of Oceania so much that we decided to own the best penthouse in the Resort. Many of our guests bring their friends and family to our penthouse to celebrate Weddings, Anniversaries and Birthdays. Our local manager Randy is always there to make the guests feels like home.
