  We were originally to stay in this unit but due to unforseen problems were were moved to another unit by Susan. Susan took great care to make sure our trip to Maui was salvaged and we`re very grateful! The complex is beautiful and so well taken care of. Lovely gardens, a nice koi pond with mini waterfall. We enjoyed our unit and all it`s amenities tremendously (our new unit was the same layout just not as updated as this unit) and everything was very clean when we checked in. Having a washer and dryer on a 2 week vacation saved us some overweight fees! Susan was incredibly helpful, made sure everything with the unit was up to her excellent standards and that we had everything we needed. She was also helpful with tourist advice as well. A very friendly, wonderful lady! I would definitely stay in this complex again and recommend it to friends & family. I would most definitely make sure our next vacation was at a property managed by Susan to be sure I was getting the best value and best service and care.

  I took both of my teenage daughters to Maui for Spring Break. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I live in the country so the only problem I experienced was this unit was close to a busy road so I wasn't used to the noise. Thank you for the wonderful time and we hope to make the trip again some time.....Lisa

  Stayed 6 weeks in the unit, and found it to be very convenient to Kihei as well as the west and north of Maui. There were a large variety of excellent restaurants a short drive away, and the beach was a short stroll. The unit was just as described, and the photos were accurate. Susan was very helpful (she even bought us a tea-pot!), the kitchen was well equipped, the lanai was a cool oasis and away from the noise of S. Kihei road, and the bird-life was abundant and entertaining. We were pleased with the unit, but it could use a new mattress! We would love to return to Kihei Resort.

  Very comfortable. Nice beaches just across the road. Nice neighbors. Quiet, except for the birds in the morning and evening, but you are in paradise!!! Cookware was minimal, but adequate. We would stay here again. Susan is great. Happy hour at Moose McGillycuddy's a must for the drinks, food and sunsets!

  We have stayed in this condo twice now and plan on returning again. It is very clean, quiet, and is in a great location near central Maui. This makes it perfect for exploring the island. All the great beaches of Kihei are just minutes away. The condo comes with everything we needed during our stay including beach towels and beach chairs. It has a full kitchen, but we ended up eating out or just bringing food home from the Food Land deli which is nearby. We ate breakfast at the "5 Palms" restaurant (about a mile away) on several days - great views of the beach and fabulous macadamia nut pancakes with cocoanut syrup. For lunch we would often bring home sandwiches and pasta salad from Food Land and sit on the veranda at the condo. Sitting on the veranda and sipping iced tea while listening to the birds singing was very relaxing. This condo is not right on the beach, but great beaches - including "Big Beach", reputed to be the best beach on the island - are nearby. The advantage is that we were in a very quiet area away from the hoards of tourists that plague Kaanapali. The cost is also much less than in the Kaanapali area. We highly recommend this condo and plan to return in year or two. Susan is also great - checking in to be sure we had everything we needed - including WiFi!

  Besides the great location my husband and I enjoyed the ammenities that were available to us ie two cooler chests, beach blankets and beach chairs. The price was the best I've seen.

  Thank you Susan! My husband and I stayed for 9 days in May. The Condo was immaculate, spacious, nicely updated and in a very lush setting. The bed was very comfortable, and had luxurious linens .We also enjoyed the big ceiling fan over the bed. We especially loved waking up to the birds that live in the trees and bushes in front of the lanai. The Condo has everything you need from a fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, books and games, to a cooler and beach chairs. The BBQ area was very nice; we used it almost every night. We will be back!

  This is one of the best condos we've ever stayed in. Good sized, beautifully appointed, and AMAZING management by Susan! she's there if you need her, right on site. the complex's garden is spectacular, and the birdsound in the AM and PM truly wonderful. The bedroom is v. comfy, the living room sizeable and w/ a good TV. Kitchen fully appointed. Nice to have a good washer/dryer in house, and w/ soap too! We'd go back in an instant.

  My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for 10 days with our two children (7yrs and 6 yrs) May 9th to 19th. From the second we walked in the door we were SO glad we chose this place! It is immaculate, bright and modern, and stylishly decorated. Everything we needed (and more - including wireless internet) was provided. The bed was comfy and the kids slept great on the pull-out couch. We rented movies and watched them on the big screen, and there was even a i-Pod dock to play tunes. My only "complaint" was the noisy exotic birds who liked to wake us up every morning. But when waking up in paradise...these are the things we must endure. Haha! The Kihei Resort has amazing lush grounds that are tirelessly cared for and the pool was super clean and perfect for our little family. There were plenty of loungers to lounge on and they were not the cheapo kind...we're talking quality reclining furniture. Richie (the Manager) even put out a big thermos full of ice-cold lemonaide on two of the days! All the people we met were very friendly - most of them residents of the Resort (lucky ducks!). We will definitely be returning to the Kihei Resort and if it's not booked, will certainly try to book this unit again. Thank you!

  Thanks, Susan, for providing us with such a comfortable stay. For $99, we got soft towels, scented candles, beach chairs and cooler, cable tv, a washer/dryer in the unit (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets), hot tub and pool, and a beach across the street to catch beautiful sunsets. Susan was also wonderful in sharing her knowledge of the area, from snorkeling with sea turtles to macadamia nut pancakes at Kihei Caffe. Staying at this unit managed by Susan was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you!
