This new two bedroom apartment is located in Elviria Hills, 10 km east of Marbella and just 12 minutes down to Nikki Beach, Marbella's finest sand beach (the same beach where the Marriott Marbella and Don Carlos luxury hotels are located).

Our apartment enjoys sweeping panoramic views of green hills, mountains and the Mediterranean sea coast and beaches.

Completed in July, 2007, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with Italian and Danish contemporary furniture. Wireless high-speed internet is available in the apartment.

The El Soto complex contains 3 large pools and a children's pool for use by owners and guests. One of these is adjacent to our building. The apartment is only 3 minutes from the renown Hoffsass tennis school, bar and restaurant.

On site you can enjoy a 9-hole golf course, a clubhouse with restaurant and free wireless internet, a tennis court, paddle ball court, sauna and gym room. These facilities are FREE for owners and their guests/renter. There are two other restaurants in the immediate area.

There are many attractions in the area for both children and adults.

Note: A booking deposit of 30% is required. A refundable breakage deposit of $250 (or equivalent) is required on final payment. This will be refunded within one week or less as soon as apartment is checked.

Price is based on a 1-2 week stay. Shorter or longer stays are possible at a premium or a reduction relative to the base price.

  • We stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks in September 09. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful and fully equiped. The scenery is spectacular, and the complex has a lot to offer. We enjoyed dining at the Golf Club! We were sad to leave and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Jane and Jennie were helpful. We also felt very secure and enjoyed the underground parking. It is quiet and peaceful, but not far from the action. There are a lot of wonderful places to visit. Thanks!!

  • The apartment is not only beautiful on the inside, but there are breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. It's certainly worth the trek up the mountain for a memorable and peaceful stay. The kitchen is beautiful as well as the bathrooms. I'd definitely go back!

  • We fully enjoyed our time in El Soto, so much so that we didn't want to leave and but for the problems of changing flight and car rental we would seriously have asked for an extension of our rental. I did intend to send you an e-mail to thank you for letting us your fantastic apartment. With the help of Jane and Shuj we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and anticipate requesting another stay at some time. I think that in Jane you have an ideal agent who was mindful of our every need and problem and dealt with these as fast as anyone could have. Once again, thank you. Trish & Alan
