  PattiShack SW is a wonderful place to stay, even better than the pictures. This was our second, month long visit and we hope to return again, since we still have more hikes and things to do on our list and favorite places to return to. The location is perfect, close enough to the Sedona area and so many other great things to see and do, especially a favorite, Jerome. Patti's place is very well maintained, the furnishings so comfortable, the views so relaxing...a great place to come back to after a day of being out and about. Also a great place to also stay around for a relaxing day. We ejoyed using the Clubhouse facilities and pool, always a chance to meet more friendly people. The neighbors are great. Patti is a great homewoner and keeps things well maintained and is available if there is something that needs attention. She makes frequent updates to make her home even better. Thanks for such a special place to stay!

  We have stayed at this home for the last four years and have truly enjoyed our time here. We bring our two small dogs and explore the surrounding area with it's many hiking trails. The home is located in a VERY quite neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. Sedona is only about 15 to 20 minute drive. The home has everything you need and the club house is within walking distance and the pool/spa is great. Always enjoy are time and Patty is very easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Excellent place to stay! The home was very clean and well maintained. Very reasonably priced in a comfortable setting with all the amenities you need. Close to local shopping, golf, and Sedona! I would highly recommend staying here and will defiantly stay here again.

  This home is everything that others have written about. Views are great, neighbors are helpful and friendly as well. You are close to everything of interest in the area. The home is well cared for and if there is any need for anything, Patty is available via phone or email to have it taken care of. We hope to return as soon as possible! We were so influenced by the house and area that we intend to move here in retirement. Wonderful people abound in the area.

  The Pattyshack was more than we ever imagined. The place was great!! It has anything and everything you would ever need. The use of the pool and golf course makes this a must stay kind of place. Everyone was so helpful and nice and welcomed us immediately. It is the perfect location to be if you want to have your own place and be close to Sedona, Flaggstaff, Jerome and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. You will be very satisfied if you stay at the Pattyshack!!! I highly recommend this place if you want a wonderful vacation.

  The Pattyshack was more than we ever imagined it would be. The Cornville area was the perfect location, and Patty's home was awesome!!! The mountain view every morning and evening gave us a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. As I said, the location was perfect with all activities within 15-25 minutes away...Verde canyon railroad, Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, all awesome:) My next vacation to the Sedona area will surely take me back to the Pattshack at Verde Santa Fe.

  We stayed there in the spring of 2009. My father really wanted to see the Sedona area so we came out from Indiana for his 75th birthday. This place is awsome. The home is very comfortably furnished, the master bedroom bed is the most comfortable I've EVER slept on. The leather furniture in the living room is buttery soft and the home is very spacious. I loved the layout. The kitchen is very large and the home has a million dollar view from the back terrace. The lights from the small mining town of Jerome tinkle in the distance at night....beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire pit also.. It's perfectly located just outside Sedona so you don't have to fight the Sedona traffic unless you choose to. You are just a short drive away from Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and so many other great attractions too numerous to mention. Patty was fantastic to work with and I'm looking forward to returning someday soon. Thanks for a memorable trip.

  I came out to Arizona with three of my friends for a long weekend and we stayed at this beautiful home! Immaculate condition, great neighborhood, wonderful location to branch out and experience what Arizona has to offer. Awoke every morning to a picture perfect view of AZ mountains and the beautiful greens of the golf course which is right out the back of the home. Ended everyday with a refreshing jump in the pool and relaxing soak in the hot-tub within walking distance at the neighborhood community center. There is so much to see and do nearby or even in a short hour drive. We went rock climbing north and east of our stay, also went skydiving just minutes from the house. Plenty of good eating nearby, great choices include Tavern Grille, Haunted Hamburger, Hog Wild BBQ, Nick's Italian Steak and Crab. Everything you need is here for a wonderful vacation whether it's relaxing, golfing, shopping, jumping out of planes or climbing rock faces. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation rental! Very pleasant and satisfying experience. Would absolutely come back again!
