Why the Owner Chose Dune Allen Beach
We rented for several years throughout the Destin, Florida area. We chose to purchase our property at Dune Allen Beach because we felt it offered the best of all worlds. It was much less congested than Destin, Sandestin or the Seaside beach areas yet offered the same gorgeous beaches. It is reminicent of "old Florida", peaceful, quiet and beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The views from our property are unique. You look out onto Oyster Lake with the Gulf of Mexico in the background. Having the Lake between us and 30-A creates a quiet, peaceful environment. It's the best of both worlds-the beach is just a few minutes walk yet we don't experience the noise and traffic of being on the beach or directly on 30-A. Moreover, our rates are significantly more affordable than beach front. Our unit is updated, clean and comfortable.
