  House was in very nice neighborhood, easy to access stores and easy access to main travel roads to airport and ski hills. Beautiful house well represented by the photo with owners on-site for check-in and great to work with. Had 9 adults in the house with lots of room to spare. My contacts for reservation and prior to arrival were handled great with check-in perfect. Wonderful stay and trip...hope to return. The driveway is alittle steep which in the winter with snow might be an issue without all-wheel drive. Hot tub and deer in the back yard were a nice bonus for the trip.

  We have a group of 7 couples who have been meeting up to ski at Alta most every winter for the past 28 years. Usually it varies between 6 and 10 who will make it any given year, but this year all 14 could come, and we needed a place large enough to accomodate the group. This property proved ideal! Having stayed up at the area or nearer the mouth of the canyon, Draper was a bit further south, but it took only 15 minutes to reach the Little Cottonwood Canyon entrance, and the drive was well worth it. The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The kitchen/dining/living room area provided ample gathering space for all 14 of us. We found ourselves wanting to stay in for meals (to either cook or get take-out) rather than try to go out to eat. It's an ideal spot for this type of reunion, and would work equally well for a gathering of 2-3 families.

  Location and house is beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. Owners were nice and helpful. Very clean and nice amenities. Owners went out of their way to make it a great visit. Close to Alta where we like to ski. Highly recommend for large group. Hot tub was really nice.

  I rented this house for a large group of 12 people and had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and spacious and except for a small issue with one of the shower drains, which the owners fixed immediately, everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens.

  Once again, the owners shared their enormous and beautiful rental property with my family and friends. Each year, for the last four years, we have utilized this property as we come to Utah for it's ample snowfall and various ski resorts. The greatest thing our group loves about this annual retreat is the SPACE!! The three levels allow the kids to have their own areas, plenty of space for all to relax after a great day of skiing, and ample sleeping areas. The kids ... and adults ... enjoy the oversize hot tub in the back yard gazebo. Deer grazing in the back yard or on the foothills that extend upward from the backyard are always an early morning treat! Additionally, by being down in the city area, we have all the local accommodations nearby ... including grocery store, drug stores, restaurants, movie theatre, and even a mall. As always, we look forward to our next stay at this beautiful home in Draper, Utah. Clint

  Great house and wonderful owners. We've stayed there twice for family ski holidays and had a wonderful time. Owners are really receptive and helpful; house is spacious, clean and is a wonderful place for a week holiday with family and friends. We hope to go back again,

  Our visit was Aug. 24, 2011. My husband and I and four other couples had just finished a bus tour which ended in Salt Lake City and were looking for some down time together. We picked your house and were very pleased. It had the WOW! factor. It was even better than the pictures. The view from the front of the house looking across the valley was stunning! The many bedrooms suited everyone very well. We could all spread out and not get in each others' way. Several of us would sit out on the deck in back of the house as the sun came up over the mountain, drink our morning coffee, and enjoy the tranquil beauty. The house had everything we needed and the sauna and hot tub were nice perks. Laurie gave us the names of some very good restaurants nearby and places to visit. Your directions to the Kennecott Copper Mine were very helpful and what an interesting place. We had never seen anything like it. Bridal Veil Falls was great to see and walk along the river. We had a great stay at your house thanks for all your help.

  I Ski wtih a large group: the owners were very helpful and accommodating. The house was very clean and big enough for a large group. We've rented this house for the past two years and enjoyed it. I would recommend this property to any one. It's between Big Cottenwood cayon and little Cottonwood canyon, easy commute to Solitude or Alta, Snowbird.

  Owner response: Thank you! Enjoy having your group. It takes about 10 minutes to the base of the closest Canyon (Little Cottonwood). From the base to Snowbird Ski Resort it is approximately seven miles. Alta Ski Resort is another 2 miles. Depending on traffic and weather it will vary on how long it takes. At the base you can take the shuttle up or drive, whichever you prefer.

  2012 was the fourth year we've stayed in this property. We like it because it's homey, spacious, great floor plan and good memories. The amenities are a great balance of modern and comfortable. We look forward to staying here next year for another two weeks! Property is clean and well maintained. I'd recommend dining on Friday for lunch at Pat's BBQ in Salt Lake. Go early because once the burnt ends are gone, that's it for another week! The owner is very helpful to work with and eager to answer questions. Great place!
