Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Johnson Ranch, this newly renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is your perfect vacation retreat. Sleeping a maximum of 6 guests, this lovely home offers you a private master bedroom with a queen bed and master ensuite with double sinks, soaker tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy the two guest rooms, one with two twin beds and one with one queen bed. Both share a full bath. You and your guests will enjoy a good night’s rest on the brand new O’Pedic mattresses. All linen is provided.
The laundry room has a new large load washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are also provided. The spacious kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area are equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacation, including a state of the art water filtration system. Spices, cooking oil, sugar and imported Tim Horton's coffee.
The living room is complete with comfortable, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater loveseat, recliner chair, large LCD/HD TV, DVD, stereo radio, Ipod docking station and high speed Internet access. You'll also find puzzles, board games and the all important deck of cards, dice and poker chips. The private backyard allows you to relax on the covered patio or soak in the sun on the outdoor patio. And wait till you see the BBQ. You’ll redefine backyard grilling with the brand new gourmet Charmglow Grill. No surprises! Clair's Casita met or exceeded expectations! The description, organization, notes, etc. provided by the owner, before and during our stay, was excellent and extremely helpful. Our main activities are golf, dining and shopping and we were never disappointed in the options. Play The GC at Johnson Ranch; it's a great course and a good test. Dine at "The Queen Creek Olive Mill" or "Joe's Farm Grill", both featured on TV's Food Network, or Rosati's Pizza (nearby and excellent). Shop at "The Queen Creek Market Place" (Kohl's, Stein Mart, Target, BevMo (a great wine store!), to name a few. Ride the cool bikes around the 'hood, enjoying the sun 'n surroundings.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

A delightful home, with all the amenities. The home is extremely well furnished and stocked-it's as though you are walking into your own home. Everything that you need is there. The kitchen has all your favorite utensils for cooking your favorite meal; the family room is comfortable, carpet clean, pillows fluffed, and flat screen TV is clear as could be. Bedrooms are roomy, and mattress soft and comfortable-very important while away from your own home. Bathrooms provide fluffy towels, lots of mirrors, and showers that have plenty of pressure! The outside is delightful-as long as the temps aren't soaring, this is where you want to be. Beautifully landscaped, shaded areas at patio tables, and a BBQ to die for. This area is just begging for get-togethers.Also a great place for star gazing! An added bonus: the 2 cruiser-style bikes for neighborhood viewing or after dinner exercise, and the close proximity of the pool,golf, tennis courts, and shopping. Would I return? Yes!!!!!

Fresh, clean, well-decorated and comfortably furnished home. Quiet, convenient location and great outdoor space. A welcomed break from Chicagoland's December weather. Close to golf, shopping, and pool. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Claire's place over the Holiday's and the home was perfect. It was wonderful to get a 3 BR 2 Bath home for the price of a cramped hotel room. Claire was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Great house, great location. I stayed here in September. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you would need. I would recommend this property to anyone. Johnson Ranch is a nice quiet area with a great golf course. We also found the owner and the locals very friendly.
