Deposits - $500 deposit is required with the reservation. Deposit check is payable to Jim Vider 8017 N. Lagoon Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal ware and tear. The security deposit less any damage will be returned within ten days of your departure date.
Cancellation and Return Policy - Cancellation Policy: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leasor be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.

I have been renting condos since 2000 and currently have this 2 bedroom unit at The Boardwalk Beach Resort plus a 2 bedroom units at the Treasure Island Resort and a 3 bedroom unit at Gulf Crest. Since I live on Panama City Beach, I see the units each time they are rented and the condition of the unit is always "top rate."
Some renters compare units only on the basis of price and fail to to ask the owner- when was the last time the owner laid eyes on the unit - when was unit last updated? I personally inspect the unit before you arrive to assure you my unit meets your expectations.

We enjoyed staying in your condo this week - we had perfect weather. Our daughter and 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter came with us. The kiddie pool was great. Loved the view and enjoyed the live enterainment right from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and we didn't need anything. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

My Husband, myself & four boy crazy teenage girls rented this property the week before Memorial Day & LOVED it! The condo was PERFECT when you have children traveling with you. It was clean & very well maintained. The pictures on line really do represent how beautiful the interior is furnised. The owner met us and went over all the details. There would be no reason to have to leave this resort if you did not want to. The parasailing guys gave us a GREAT deal and we will make this an annual trip. LOVELY condo........ Thanks Mr, Vider :)

Jim & Kay, once again we had a great time staying at your condo. It was just as nice if not better than it was two years ago. This year our 4 year old was really able to enjoy the beach and the kiddy area. We also enjoyed some great restaurants including the Saltwater Grill.

"What a View"! Our family and friends have been vacationing in the Panhandle of Florida for several years. This is the best condo unit we have stayed in. The accomodations were awesome and just like being at home. all we had to bring was food and personal items.

We stayed at the unit the end of May for a week and had a wonderful time. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view and the ammenities were wonderful. We plan to make this a yearly ritual. I would strongly recommend this unit without any hesitation.

We stayed in your unit at the Boardwalk July 7 - 14, 2007. We had a great time. The room is beautiful and well kept. We love the tile floors. Wonderful view from the balcony. We will definitely rent from you again in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family this summer.

My family & I rented this unit from Jim & Kay 7/29/06 - 8/05/06. We loved it. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, the kitchen had every dish and utensil that we needed. The view is great from the balcony, the 6th floor is perfect. The resort is beautiful, there is a great kiddie pool, a band played out by the pool & tiki bar/restaurant every Fri. & Sat. night. The resort put up a large movie screen on the beach & played a childrens movie on Thur. night. Security is at the entrance & throughout the resort so it is very safe. Kay & Jim were wonderful, we arrived back home on a Sat. & I received my deposit back in the mail the following Wed. ( 4 days later). We will definetely rent from them again & I highly recommend this condo unit!
