Deposits - $500 deposit is required with the reservation. Deposit check is payable to Jim Vider 8017 N. Lagoon Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal ware and tear. The security deposit less any damage will be returned within ten days of your departure date.

Cancellation and Return Policy - Cancellation Policy: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leasor be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.

  • We stayed in your unit at the Boardwalk July 7 - 14, 2007. We had a great time. The room is beautiful and well kept. We love the tile floors. Wonderful view from the balcony. We will definitely rent from you again in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family this summer.

  • My family & I rented this unit from Jim & Kay 7/29/06 - 8/05/06. We loved it. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, the kitchen had every dish and utensil that we needed. The view is great from the balcony, the 6th floor is perfect. The resort is beautiful, there is a great kiddie pool, a band played out by the pool & tiki bar/restaurant every Fri. & Sat. night. The resort put up a large movie screen on the beach & played a childrens movie on Thur. night. Security is at the entrance & throughout the resort so it is very safe. Kay & Jim were wonderful, we arrived back home on a Sat. & I received my deposit back in the mail the following Wed. ( 4 days later). We will definetely rent from them again & I highly recommend this condo unit!
