We are proud of our second vacation home in Sarasota County! So many positive reviews and feedback during the last 8 years for our ‘Bayside Paradise’ in Nokomis motivated us to create another one. Our goal is, to fulfill the expectations of our future guests in ‘Creekside Paradise’, so they can enjoy every comfort and feel at-home-away-from-home. Therefor we completely remodeled and newly furnished this beautiful house with a spacious pool area and a romantic garden. The 1970 sqft living space hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living room with attached ‘library’, a dining area overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a kitchen - all under air condition. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a whirl-pool-tub and a separate restroom. The 2nd bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. In the living room there is a cozy fireplace and the state-of-the-art entertainment center with a brand new 3D-TV, DVD/CD-Player and a Dolby system. At the desk in the ‘library’ you can use the new PC and the high speed WLAN – both for free. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, stove and oven, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser. The coffee machine, juicer, toaster, flatware, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses – all you need in a kitchen – all new! The caged pool area is accessible through French doors from the master bedroom, the dining area, the living room as well as the 3rd bedroom. Right by the pool you can enjoy your outside meals underneath a covered seating area, the food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it. The pool is solar heated, maintained professionally once a week and measures 32.80ft in length/13.12ft in width. In the laundry room there are the washing machine and dryer as well as the iron board and the electric iron. You enter Creekside Paradise thru the attached 2 car garage, where you can find the beach equipment, 2 new bikes as well as 2 kayaks, paddles and life vests.
The great outdoors starts in the backyard: With the kanu or kayak you access North Creek, pass Little Sarasota Bay and have direct access to Midnight Pass. There climb up the dune and you will find yourself on a pristine beach between Siesta Key and Casey Key.

We traveled from North Carolina to experience a week on the sunny Florida Coast. We arrived to a beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained home. Since it was raining when we arrived, it was nice to be able to pull into the garage and unload without getting wet. The home had everything we could possibly need for a fun and relaxing vacation including a cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach. We enjoyed taking the bikes to Siesta Key and riding along the beach. The grill and patio set was perfect for grilling out by the pool and enjoying a quiet and peaceful meal with the privacy provided by the creek in the back. The screen over the pool kept out any mosquitoes from the pool area. Osprey is conveniently located to several beaches and there are plenty of shopping options and restaurants with a few miles. Sabine was a wonderful host and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This January we spent two great weeks in an ideal “Creek side Paradise” vacation home. Located on a quiet cul d’ sac in Osprey Florida, with easy access to Tamiami Trail, it is a short drive to either Venice, Sarasota, or Nokomis Beach. This immaculate home had all the amenities for a relaxing stay, pool, gas grill, FiOS HD TV, high speed internet access, etc. The home is outfitted for a trip to the beach including; beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, life vests, etc., - everything but the sunscreen! The web description adequately and accurately describes the home and outfitting. The owner/contacts were courteous and responsive to all and any questions. We recommend the "Creek side paradise" to anyone who is looking for a quiet Florida vacation retreat. Navy Captain (retired)Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Die Organisation im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs, war sehr professionell und alle Fragen wurden sofort geklärt. Weiterhin wurden uns viele Tipps und Anregungen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist super. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles vorhanden, was man während eines Urlaubes braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (Nokomis Beach und Sieste Key nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) aber trotdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die gesamte Abwicklung (Informationsaustausch, Beantwortung von Fragen, etc.) verlief sehr professionell und stets zeitnah. Alles war so gut vorbereitet bzw. organisiert, dass wir von der Möglichkeit einer Kontaktaufnahme mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort keinen Gebrauch machen mussten. D.h. die Betreuung durch den Vermieter, vor -aber auch während des Aufenthaltes- war vorbildlich. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und komplett eingerichtet. Der Zustand des Hauses kann nur als sehr gepflegt und extrem sauber bezeichnet werden. Wir waren wohl der "Erstbezug". Sämtliche Möbel und andere Einrichtungsgegenstände (Gasgrill) waren komplett neuwertig. Absolut empfehlenswert und mein persönliches Highlight ist ein Kanuausflug auf dem Creek der direkt über das Hauseigene Grundstück zu erreichen ist. Zwei Kanus und sogar Schwimmwesten gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung des Hauses. Vom Ferienhaus aus können innerhalb nur weniger Autominuten wunderschöne Strände erreicht werden. Nach Siesta Key (#1 Beach in USA) sind es z.B. nur rund 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, Kleidung und diverse Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Haus selbst liegt eine Mappe mit sehr umfangreichen Informationen bzgl. Ausgehtipps, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten aber auch persönlichen Empfehlungen aus. Meine Familie und ich empfanden diese Tipps als sehr hilfreich. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit in Florida. Unsere tolle Unterkunft hat hierzu einen erheblichen Teil beigetragen.
