From the master bedroom balcony one can marvel at the majestic beauty of the panoramic view of the golf course and South Mountain against the vibrant colors of an Arizona sunset. This home has a spacious private beautifully landscaped yard and Pebble-Tec pool with a rock fountain. The soft ripple of the water flowing through the fountain will soothe the mind and soul of those who enjoy sunbathing. For those more active swimmers there is a basketball hoop and volleyball net. On those chilly desert evenings a fire pit is available for warmth. On the patio relax on the wicker furniture or enjoy an outdoor meal at a table that looks onto the pool.
There is a spacious feeling as you enter the home with its high ceilings and open floor plan which allows for comfortable flow of people in the event you like to entertain.
