We just want to say "Thank You" to Molly for allowing us to stay at the condo...we arrived on 4/21/2012 to a very clean and comfortable "home". The view of the marina was great and we spent 4 comfortable days enjoying Panama despite our language barrier. We found the helpful tips and suggestions invaluable in getting around the unit and the city. Everything was in working condition and the beds were very comfortable. I want to stress how secure I felt with the presence of a security guard on the premises at all times(big plus being in a foreign country). Hope to visit again soon...Thank You.

The owner of the property was very nice and always available. Whenever I reached out to her for info. or questions, the response was prompt. The property in Panama was clean and pleasant to be in. Everything was in order and well kept. The building entrace and elevator were also cleanlly. The security guards were pleasant although professional. The next time I travel to Panama (no time soon), I hope this property would be available. I think that the property owner and I had a good rapor, she is great and honest.

We went to Panama to be a part of the yearly carnival festival. We were very happy with the condo that we stayed in because it had everything that one might need. The beds were very nice the bathrooms were up to date. The conod is just off the main street so walking to the festival activites was not a problem. The condo has great views and it is a very clean and inviting place. The photo's of this condo do not really do it justice because you can not convey the feeling of being in Panama during Carnival in pictures. This condo is located in a perfect spot, the views that you have are both city view as well as beach views (your right across the street from the Yacht Club). And if you do have the opportunity to go to the roof I would certianly recommend it as the views from the top are breath taking. We will be using this condo again and again when we come back to Panama. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at such a maginificent property, and we look forward to coming back very soon.

Just back from our vacation to Panama. Throughout the entire rental process Molly was great to deal with and definately added an element of comfort to renting in a foreign country. The apartment had everything that we could want - very well outfitted!! The security guard downstairs was very helpful and would order a cab for us when we were heading out. Cab fares in Panama are very reasonable and the location made for some very inexpensive cab rides to areas of interest. The apartment is right above the pool and so privacy could be a bit of an issue as the front windows face the pool but thankfully the pool was used very little by the other tenants. The rental rates were reasonable for the week and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks Molly.

I wish we didn't have to leave and we can't wait to come back!! This is a great place! Beautifully decorated, with everything you need and more, along with all the comforts of home. Very attentive owners and managers! it is also located in one of the best locations in all of Panama! All 3 of the best malls in the city are within a few minutes of this condo. Not to mention Casco Viejo, the historic district of Panama,all the best restaurants in the city, and the waterfront. The view of the Causeway and the ships waiting to travel through the Panama canal from your living room is incredible! We live in Panama and travel to the city from time to time,this apartment is by far the best we have ever stayed in!

Apartment was excellent, clean, and well stocked with all the necessities. Molly was very helpful in planning our trip to Panama. She was very understanding, when I told her that my two nephews will be joining our family. I would recommend this apartments to my friends and family. Apartment was just like it was described online.

Spent two months in the apartment.Great location,walking distance to a lot of places worth while seeing.Very clean,well maintained,and owner very helpful when we had some problems.This unit does not have a dishwasher,but the kitchen was verywell stocked with all the necessary appliances. Did not rent a car..Taxi service very cheap and easily available. We could walk to most of the hi end restaurants.Many local places had good food and very reasonable prices. I would recommend this property to a friend or family. Had a very enjoyable stay, used the gym and pool almost every day.

We stayed in this wonderful condo for almost a week, and it literally felt like we were going home every day after sightseeing and shopping. The owners did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one, including helping with phone issues and transporation during our stay. The condo has beautiful marble floors and floor to ceiling windows that look out on to a beautiful view of the Bella Vista area in Panama. The location is very safe and there are full time security guards present 24/7. There are LCD TV's in two rooms with cable access and very fast WiFi service to access the internet on any wireless capable laptop computer. There is also a full kitchen with dishes and silverware, a microwave, stove, coffeemaker, washer, dryer, etc. etc. Whenever I go back to Panama, I'm definitely going to see if I can rent this condo again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We just came back from a week in Panama City Panama and had the best time. Everything in the Condo was in perfect conditions and it is near everything. The place is very specious and modern. I love the fact the Moly have taken the time to create an appliance work book, so that you know how to use each one of them. If you ever consider going to Panama this is the place to stay. If you are looking for a good place to have an unexpense breakfast, lunch and dinner I will recomend you go to Via España to the following restaurant: Manolo Cafe, Prado Cafe and El Trapiche. The food is fresh and delicious and as I said UNEXPENSIVE.

Tomorrow morning we leave Panama after having a really good visit. Your apartment contributed in a large part to our enjoyment. It is very comfortable and centrally located. Thank you so much. We won't hesitate to recommend to our friends. The best thing is your willingness and ability to communicate with your guests. You do a great job! George was so nice and helpful on the ride in from the airport, we look forward to our ride with him tomorrow morning when we are off to Ecuador and the Galapagos, Santiago, and Easter Island. The kitchen is very well equipped, especially the sharp knives. The front door guys are great, they always look happy to see us and are quite helpful. We would like to leave you our copy of Frommer's Panama. The maps it includes are helpful. Here are some comments on restaurants we tried: 1. Eurasia - Superb, lives up to its 3 star Frommers rating. 2. Casa Ricardo, the New Orleans style restaurant up the street. They have only been open a short while and are likely suffering from their overwhelming popularity (it was packed). The service was not too good and the food was not cooked as expected. For example, Ron ordered his lamb chops to be done medium and they were very rare. It's a lovely building.with a good menu. The one online review raved about it so hopefully they will get it together. 3. Rene Cafe, Casco Viejo. Lovely little Mom and Pop restaurant on the plaza by the municapal cathedral. Very simple menu but everything prepared with loving care. Wonderful fish. We will leave restaurant business cards in your guest comments book. We notice you are doing really well with your bookings, undoubtedly due to your great organization. A couple of things you might want to address: there is only 1 wine glass, the bar stools and the doors squeek and need WD 40, caution folks on getting caught in the garage. You have created a wonderful home here and we are grateful for the opportunity to be your guests.

Owner response:We appreciate when guests let us know what is missing or needs attention. While we try, it is sometimes hard to catch all the items that need attention when we are not actively staying at the location, hence why we encourage and appreciate guests comments. We have added more wine glasses. We have lubricated the door and stools. We have added a note in the check-in documents that explains about the keys. Basically, the door from the garage into the building has a key, while the security guard will let you in the garage when you first arrive, you can not enter the building from inside the garage without the key. Therefore when arriving with a rental car you will need to send a party member up to the condo to get the keys before parking the car in the garage.

I stayed here with a few of my friends for a short getaway in February. This place is great! The condo is exactly like the pictures. Molly is sweet and helpful! Everything we needed was there, including pots and pans, cell phone, even computer and wifi. I have rented a lot of vacation condos over the years and this was one of my favorite experiences. We had the pool mostly to ourselves (you can see the pool from the living room windows) the whole time. Note: it can be slightly difficult to get a taxi on Avenida Balboa on weekend nights. Just be patient and one will eventually come. Who needs to rush when you are in Panama??? Also, we almost locked ourselves out of the place one night. Read Molly's instructions on this point carefully! Everything else was a piece of cake. You can walk to Calle Uruguay from here easy. Not too far from Casco Viejo and El Cangrejo, either. No cab ride in the city was over a few dollars.

Owner response:We make every effort to provide you with information about Panama and our location so you can make the most of your stay in Panama. We are happy to hear that are efforts are appreciated. There are Radio Taxis available in Panama if you don't want to hail one. You can wait in the condo or in the comfortable lobby. Once the taxi arrives the Security Guard will ring you at the condo. It's "not" possible to lock yourself out of the condo, but it is possible for someone who is inside the condo to lock the rest of the party out. How? We have a deadbolt lock on the door on the inside that is not accessible via key from the outside. So if a member of your party stays back at the condo, they should not lock the one particular deadbolt that is not accessible via key. Otherwise if the member of the party staying back falls asleep and can't hear the doorbell you will be locked out of the unit they unlock the deadbolt from the inside.

We stayed here for one week. Dec 12 to Dec 19. It is one of the best properties available in Panama city because a) brand new building b)overlooking the pool and onto the Pacific Ocean and c) modern contemporary style decor which is very well maintained. Do not worry about staying in El Cangrejo as the taxis are very cheap - $2 to $3 for most fairs. It'll help big time if you know a little bit of spanish. There are 3 good malls in the city - Albrook, Multi Centro and Multi Plaza. Subject condo is 2 min walk to Balboa - you can jog along the coast here. Best beach is at Playa Blanca - 1.5 hrs away. Molly Sasso is very helpful with all the tips. So, is George -the care taker. I would rate this condo 10/10 and strongly reccommend this over any other property in Panama city. Happy Holidays.

Stayed in this apartment for 10 days not to long after the completion of the Cinta Costera (new waterfront park/walkway). Great place for early morning walks or runs. It was the perfect apartment, enough room to strecth out and enjoy ourselves, much better then a hotel. The furnishing was very nice and as said above the kitchen utensils were very good. Although we ate out, we also liked to cook our own meals. The personnel looking after the apartment were extremely pleaseant when we called and they were the nicest people to talk to; provided good advise then let us enjoy our time undisturbed. I highly recommend this apartment and would definately stay there again...no more hotels for me.

This was our first time to visit Panama City and we appreciated being greeted by George at the airport and taken to the condo. His suggestions of places to vist, shop and eat were very helpful. The condo was perfect (just like the pictures)and very roomy. We were fortunate in that the last day of our stay happened to be the grand opening of the park across the street from the condo and it is beautiful! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo.

A friend and I stayed in this apartment for 15 days in late January of 2009. It is a great place, with a well-furnished kitchen (wonderful cutlery) and a great layout for sharing with another person or two couples. The location is excellent, with ready access to a small market a few blocks away and a very nice supermarket nearby. The security staff are very friendly and really appreciate it when one speaks Spanish with them. The apartment has TVs in both bedrooms and another one--plus a nice sound system--in the living room. The pool is easy to get to, and there is a workout room on premises also, though it is not real well equipped. Use your walk to the supermarket as your workout. I highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate to stay in it again when I return to Panama City.

The condo was very nice with a nice pool and excellent security. The parking spot was a nice bonus. A couple blocks from the main street--easy to get taxis and easy to walk around the city.
