Biosphere Reserve Lanzarote, holiday home in a rural location in La Asomada, Tías, camino el Callo I nr 66

Our detached house is on a green plot.
It has a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, two further bedrooms and another bathroom as well as a kitchen, two winter gardens and a sun terrace on the south side of the house.
From the living room and the terrace you have a panoramic and panoramic view of southern Lanzarote, the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the village of La Asomada from the conservatory in the back of the house, which is usually used as a dining room.
There is a fireplace in the living room.

The house is fully furnished and equipped - incl. Bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, safe, sun loungers, television reception via ASTRA-Sat with all German channels.

We have personally looked after our holiday apartments and guests on site in Lanzarote since 1993.

Your dream vacation begins here

Lanzarote is the ideal vacation destination for anyone wanting to escape to a sunny paradise with few tourists. I was able to fully enjoy all that the island has to offer, thanks to the warm hospitality provided at this home during my stay. The cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the cottage's location in a residential neighborhood, allowed my family to see the famous sites by day and retreat to our private haven by evening. After relaxed breakfasts and cookouts (using the built-in BBQ grill) -- all with the romantic horizon as our backdrop -- we were convinced that our vacation at this cottage was the very definition of Heaven on Earth. The service is friendly and impeccable, and you will receive daily touring and dining recommendations from the owner, who has lived on Lanzarote for twenty years and knows the island like the back of her hand. For us, staying at this idyllic home was crucial in making the most of our vacation. Regardless of whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your significant other, lodging and accommodations are key to building any fantastic trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage. With brand new appliances and furnishings, we had all the comforts and convenience of home throughout our stay. I still often look through my vacation photos and I can't wait to go back! :)

The closest place to paradise

The cottage we stayed was very spacious and clean. The owner provided us with some welcoming gifts such as wine and cheese. The weather was wonderful and the ocean view was to die for. We will definitely be back!!

Quiet village retreat

Had a lovely stay at this villa with my partner. We stayed in the last week of January, so the weather was changeable and quite cold at night. We were grateful to find an electric oil heater to take the edge off the cold winds. Hot water tank limited so quick showers were the order of the day. WiFi signal good at front and in the bedrooms, so we remained connected to life back home and online entertainment in the evenings. The location was blissfully quiet and only 5 minutes drive from the supermarket down the hill. We always enjoy drinks and food at the nearby Puerto Calero marina, which was only 10 minutes drive away, so it made a great base for our week's stay.

Traumhaft im Vulkanland

Das Haus ist riesig - wir waren zu zweit, sechs Erwachsene hätten es auch genossen - und bietet wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Sonnenliegen, TV, WLAN, komplette Küchenausstattung. Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen. Kim ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die sofort da ist, wenn man sie braucht ( wohnt zwei Häuser ums Eck :-) ) Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel ist ideal, ein großer Supermarkt knapp 2km entfernt - der Flughafen ca 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig und die schattigen Aussenflächen laden zum Chillen ein. Absolute Empfehlung !! Danke Kim, für zwei tolle Wochen !
