This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home is only 5 minutes from the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Very convenient to not only the beaches but the outlet shops, mall and restaurants in the area.
The accommodation has a large lounge/dining room furnished with a beautiful sectional sofa/chaise and a very unusual circular chair, ottoman, 32" LCD TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large marble table with 6 leather chairs. There is a separate family room with 2 large sofas a 42" LCD TV, DVD player and PS2 games console with 12 games including Guitar Hero with guitar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you would expect as well as all new utensils too. The master bedroom is furnished with a stunning new modern black bedroom set and queen bed, 22" LCD Cable TV. Bedroom 2 has a brand new cream bedroom set and queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds as well as a single bed and is decorated in bright colours. All furniture is modern and brand new in October 2008. Outside on the front "in and out" driveway we have a basketball net as well as a large porch area furnished with chairs. Out the back is a huge private garden laid to lawn with a brand new 25' swimming pool.

Owner Description
I live in Scotland in the UK and purchased the property in August 2008 because I have been vacationing in the area since 1994 and love everything that is on offer in terms of shopping, eating out and of course the beaches. On taking possession I did many improvements the biggest being the replacement of the roof and the installation of the beautiful fibreglass pool and decking areas. This summer I had new sliding doors installed out to the pool from the separate family room as well as the replacement of the picture window in the front. I believe, and my renters seem to agree, that this is truly an immaculate home from home with every effort having been made to make your vacation a pleasure, my repeat renters are a true testament to this.
