This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home is only 5 minutes from the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Very convenient to not only the beaches but the outlet shops, malls and restaurants in the area. There are details in the house on some of our favourites!
The spacious accommodation has a large lounge/dining room furnished with a beautiful sectional sofa/chaise and a very unusual circular chair, ottoman, 42" LCD TV, DVD player, Stereo Radio/CD player with I-pod connection. The dining area has a large marble table with 6 leather chairs.
There is a completely separate family room with 2 large sofas a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs and PS2 games console with numerous games including Guitar Hero with guitar. There is direct access to the pool, patio and garden from the family room via either sliding doors to the pool or a separate door to the patio and garden.
The brand new kitchen installed July 2011 is fully equipped with all the new appliances and equipment that you would expect.
The bedrooms are of a split layout with the master and ensuite being at one end of the house to the other bedrooms and second bathroom which is ideal if 2 couples were sharing, effectively providing 2 separate sleeping accommodations with bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a stunning modern black bedroom set and queen bed, 22" LCD Cable TV & DVD player, feature chair and more closet space than you could fill on vacation! There is also a travel crib/play pen for sleeping a baby or small child stored in the closet.
Bedroom 2 has a cream bedroom set, queen sized bed, 19" TV/DVD combo as well as ample closet space.
Bedroom 3 is a colourfully furnished room with bunk beds as well as a single bed, there is a large selection of games/toys for children stored in the closet, but remember the family room is also perfect for kids with the playstation etc giving parents peace and quiet!
All furniture is modern and brand new in October 2008 and every effort is taken to keep everything updated including linens, appliances, the outdoor gas grill etc. Outside on the front "in and out" driveway we have a basketball net, the ball is in the garage, as well as a large porch area furnished with 2 adirondack chairs. Out the back is a very large totally private and secure garden laid to lawn with a new (October 08) 25' swimming pool, there are a further 2 chairs poolside as well as sun loungers, a gas grill/bbq and a large table with 6 chairs all to add to your outdoor living experience. The garage also stores beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and a variety of pool and beach toys. Check out the guest comments as they say it all! I live in Scotland in the UK and purchased the property in August 2008 because I have been vacationing in the area since 1994 and love everything that is on offer in terms of shopping, eating out and of course the beaches. On taking possession I did many improvements the biggest being the replacement of the roof and the installation of the beautiful fibreglass pool and decking areas. In the summer of '09 I had new sliding doors installed out to the pool from the separate family room as well as the replacement of the picture window in the front. The latest addition was a brand new kitchen installed in the summer of 2011. I believe, and my renters seem to agree, that this is truly an immaculate home from home with every effort having been made to make your vacation a pleasure, my repeat renters are a true testament to this.

Spacious and comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood just minutes drive from St Petes Beach and about 15 minutes from Downtown St Petersburg with its theatres and restaurants. Great furnishing in the two sitting rooms, modern well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space with beautiful swimming pool. We stayed in early November when the weather was warm but never hot and so the pool never had the chance to warm up enough for us ! We loved living here for two weeks and felt completely at home in an area we already knew well from previous visits but this house was by far and away the best we have ever found and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Definately 5 Star accommodation...We had a fantastic vacation in this gorgeous pool home. We have 3 children, they all loved the pool and the very large backyard for playing in, not to mention the basketball in the driveway that gave them hours of entertainment and exercise! The separate living areas meant the kids could watch their movies and play the PS2 while the grown ups could have some peace. The home is open-living and spacious, the main kitchen/dining/living area had lots of room for our family, necessary with teenagers. It's very close to restaurants, shops, St Petes Beach and the stunning Fort de Soto Park where we rented bikes to explore and canoes to find the manatees. We have been vacationing in St Petes since 2001 and this is by far the best rental home we've stayed in, it will definitely be the only one we book in the future!

I rented this home to be close to the beach where we were having our family Thanksgiving. I could not have been happier with the place. The house was immaculate and very modern and comfortable. We ended up having family over during the week for meals and the layout of the house is perfect for spreading out a crowd. The owners take everything into consideration and were great to work with. The pool and yard are so nice that it is tempting to stay home rather than go to the beach at all. My kids loved the video games, bunk beds, and big T.V.'s and even went swimming although it was a little too cold in late November. I always try a new place to stay when we come down to St.Pete but I think from now on we will just stay here. I can't imagine there is a better place or nicer people to deal with. Thank-You Charlotte for sharing your home with me and my family. We look forward to coming back soon!

We love this house and everything it has to offer! One of the best things about this house is the privacy. The very private pool and patio area is a great place to relax and unwind. The location is perfect, very close to the beaches and great restaurants. The owner of this fabulous house is Charlotte. She is delightful and makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We decided to do a little cooking and found that the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed and more; plus the grill on the patio. For our trip to the beach, Charlotte even provides beach chairs, toys and towels. Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a romantic escape or a place to take the family with room to spread out, I think you will find this St. Pete's Beach home to be perfect in every way. My party and I found this property to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was most pleasant and very quiet, ideal for relaxation. Just a very few minutes from large shopping areas, restaraunts and the coast. An excellent holiday base, strongly reccomended!

Our stay at your home was above my expectations. The home is modern, very well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable. There is something to do for all family types. The neighborhood is quiet but so close to everything you would need. We enjoyed golfing, the beach, the casino and the baseball stadium while staying there. Thanks for making our mini vacation so enjoyable.

Fantastic holiday villa - every home comfort you would wish for available. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nice surrounding estate. Pool and gardens are beautifully maintained too. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is visiting St Pete's Beach who is prepared to drive. The owner of the villa is particularly helpful and communication very easy, as is the guy who looks after the property.

The house was beautiful and clean. Everything you need was there. Great location, close to everything you would need. Many great beaches within minutes. Loved Pass-a-Grille. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was easy to work with.

This house is conveniently located in So St Pete. It's very easy to navigate to downtown or the beaches. The house is very comfortable to live in and the fenced yard is very private. This is recommended for families or retired persons. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful and great shopping is nearby. The property is very clean and well maintained.

We just got back from our stay at this property. What a fantastic place!!It was full of fun toys for the children and the seperate room kept them from being bored while the adults visited. We did not get to try out the pool, as the weather did not cooperate, but look forward to returning at another time. Charlotte, the owner was friendly and professional in answering our numerous questions in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place close to everything and full of comfort, this is the home for you.
