Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in St. Petersburg in this lovely vacation home! Together with our children, 5 and 2 1/2, we really enjoyed the charming and spacious open living --and the children especially enjoyed the bunk beds (and of course having their own pool). We had quick access to shopping, restaurants, groceries and the most beautiful St. Pete beach, which was only minutes away. But our fondest memories were spent right at home, where we relaxed enjoyed the pool and beautiful Florida weather. We will definitely be returning!

This house is absolutely gorgeous!!! The layout is perfect, the pool is perfect, the location is perfect!!! We have rented other houses in St Petes Beach area and this is the best one!!! We are going back here next year. The dogs even loved it!!!

A Great Thanksgiving

I rented this home to be close to the beach where we were having our family Thanksgiving. I could not have been happier with the place. The house was immaculate and very modern and comfortable. We ended up having family over during the week for meals and the layout of the house is perfect for spreading out a crowd. The owners take everything into consideration and were great to work with. The pool and yard are so nice that it is tempting to stay home rather than go to the beach at all. My kids loved the video games, bunk beds, and big T.V.'s and even went swimming although it was a little too cold in late November. I always try a new place to stay when we come down to St.Pete but I think from now on we will just stay here. I can't imagine there is a better place or nicer people to deal with. Thank-You Charlotte for sharing your home with me and my family. We look forward to coming back soon!

Perfect house in great location

Spacious and comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood just minutes drive from St Petes Beach and about 15 minutes from Downtown St Petersburg with its theatres and restaurants. Great furnishing in the two sitting rooms, modern well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space with beautiful swimming pool. We stayed in early November when the weather was warm but never hot and so the pool never had the chance to warm up enough for us ! We loved living here for two weeks and felt completely at home in an area we already knew well from previous visits but this house was by far and away the best we have ever found and we cannot recommend it more highly.

We love this house and everything it has to offer! One of the best things about this house is the privacy. The very private pool and patio area is a great place to relax and unwind. The location is perfect, very close to the beaches and great restaurants. The owner of this fabulous house is Charlotte. She is delightful and makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We decided to do a little cooking and found that the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed and more; plus the grill on the patio. For our trip to the beach, Charlotte even provides beach chairs, toys and towels. Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a romantic escape or a place to take the family with room to spread out, I think you will find this St. Pete's Beach home to be perfect in every way. My party and I found this property to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was most pleasant and very quiet, ideal for relaxation. Just a very few minutes from large shopping areas, restaraunts and the coast. An excellent holiday base, strongly reccomended!

Our stay at your home was above my expectations. The home is modern, very well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable. There is something to do for all family types. The neighborhood is quiet but so close to everything you would need. We enjoyed golfing, the beach, the casino and the baseball stadium while staying there. Thanks for making our mini vacation so enjoyable.

Fantastic holiday villa - every home comfort you would wish for available. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nice surrounding estate. Pool and gardens are beautifully maintained too. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is visiting St Pete's Beach who is prepared to drive. The owner of the villa is particularly helpful and communication very easy, as is the guy who looks after the property.

Definately 5 Star accommodation...We had a fantastic vacation in this gorgeous pool home. We have 3 children, they all loved the pool and the very large backyard for playing in, not to mention the basketball in the driveway that gave them hours of entertainment and exercise! The separate living areas meant the kids could watch their movies and play the PS2 while the grown ups could have some peace. The home is open-living and spacious, the main kitchen/dining/living area had lots of room for our family, necessary with teenagers. It's very close to restaurants, shops, St Petes Beach and the stunning Fort de Soto Park where we rented bikes to explore and canoes to find the manatees. We have been vacationing in St Petes since 2001 and this is by far the best rental home we've stayed in, it will definitely be the only one we book in the future!

The house was beautiful and clean. Everything you need was there. Great location, close to everything you would need. Many great beaches within minutes. Loved Pass-a-Grille. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was easy to work with.

This house is conveniently located in So St Pete. It's very easy to navigate to downtown or the beaches. The house is very comfortable to live in and the fenced yard is very private. This is recommended for families or retired persons. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful and great shopping is nearby. The property is very clean and well maintained.

We just got back from our stay at this property. What a fantastic place!!It was full of fun toys for the children and the seperate room kept them from being bored while the adults visited. We did not get to try out the pool, as the weather did not cooperate, but look forward to returning at another time. Charlotte, the owner was friendly and professional in answering our numerous questions in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place close to everything and full of comfort, this is the home for you.

My boyfriend and I (plus our two dogs) just spent a week at this property and had a fantastic time. Leading up to our trip, Charlotte was very helpful and made herself available to answer any questions we might have. On arrival, the house was spotlessly clean, with a well stocked kitchen having anything you need to cook. The house has three great bedrooms with 2 queen beds and then 3 twin beds in the third one with plenty of space to just move in and be comfortable. The pool and back yard were also really well maintained and the dogs loved the privacy the fenced in yard provided. The location of the house was great and convenient to get to both Fort De Soto park and St. Pete Beach, as well as being a short drive from downtown St. Petersburg. We spent many days at the gorgeous Fort De Soto (and also on the dog beach there) and were also able to spend a couple of nights out to dinner in St. Petersburg. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a lovely vacation in St. Petersburg!

Family Holiday 2010

We have just returned from our stay at St Pete's Beach. The villa was lovely and very spacious. We were a bit dubious about not taking normal everyday items such as a hairdryer etc but we need not have worried as everything was there. The kids had plenty to keep them amused such as games, playstation and most importantly the pool. The only thing that I would perhaps say that as there is less humidity in October the pool does not stay that warm, although having said that the kids were not worried and didn't feel the cold! The villa is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood and is very local to the local I roads. It is decorated very tastefully and we would not hesitate to use it again. Thankyou for allowing us to rent your very lovely holiday home.

We had a great time in your house; the kids loved your L-shaped sofa and want us to get one!, the boys had a great time with the basketball, the pool was lovely and I really appreciated the fact that there were two separate living rooms and your bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in on holiday! This is a wonderful home. The pictures on the site were great but the home is even better in person. The kids loved swimming in the pool at night. We loved the central location which allowed us to explore the many beaches in the area. It is just a short drive to the Outlet Mall and many great shops. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house is awesome! We stayed last week while on vacation. We had everything we needed at the house! It was perfect. We have 3 boys so there was plenty of room for everybody. They loved the salt water pool. There was even toys and games for the kids to play with. The house was very, very clean with plenty of linen (towles, beach towels etc). The house is in a perfect location. It was just a few minutes to St. Pete Beach and Fort DeSoto (rated one of America's best beaches). We had a wonderful time at this house. We would rent this house again for our next vacation to the St. Pete area. The owener was very quick at responding to my many questions/emails. It was very easy getting into the house on our arrival date. The only thing I can think we needed more of was time. Our vacation went to quick! What a lovely house and beautifully decorated! I would recommend this property to a friend or a relative.

My wife and I just spent our 1st wedding anniversary here. It was just what we were looking for. The house is perfect, the neighborhood is equally as nice. We loved our stay and did not want to leave! The photos look great on the site but it's even better in person! The pool is beautiful and very relaxing. My girlfriends and I were invited to attend a wedding at St. Pete Beach over Memorial Day weekend. As the beach resorts were charging exorbitant rates for the holidays, we decided to look into private home rentals. I am so glad we did! Like all the reviewers have said, Charlotte is wonderful to work with, and the house is EXACTLY as described, both in words and photos. Even the electronics are beautiful, though I must admit we scarcely turned any of the televisions on the entire time we were there! The pool is, by far, the most wonderful part. Nothing like making a late breakfast and relaxing poolside to start the day! Honestly, the only downside is that you really, really need a car to get around. The girls and I discussed it, and if we're ever back down in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Charlotte!

The location of this property is fabulous close to all amenities, as well as the beach. Charlotte is wonderful to deal with and has been very helpful to us. This house was exactly what I needed for the purpose I was in St Pete. It is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The pool and backyard are wonderful, even just to look at. The location was great because the grocery store, WalMart, and CVS are just down the road. It is only 10 minutes from the beautiful downtown area. Charlotte was great at responding to questions really promptly! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Hope to use it again in the future.

This place was the perfect home away from home !! It had EVERYTHING we needed from boogie boards, sand toys, board games, pool rafts and so much more. Everything in the house is in new condition and the house itself is updated and new. Charlotte was awesome to deal with and answered any questions we had very quickly. The only disappointment we had was that we were too busy to spend even more time in the house. We wish we could have had time to just stay in the house all day and enjoy all of the amenities. We have already decided that the next time we come to FL we will not look any where else to stay. We will be booking this house every year if it is available .

Dear Charlotte, our one week stay at your vacation home was. We enjoyed the pool very much and the children (15 and 18 years old) loved to play playstaion and basketball. It felt like home at once. We also visited the beaches at St. Petersburg Beach and Fort de Soto Park. We watched dolphins playing at the Fort de Soto Beach. One day we went to the very interesting Florida Aquarium. Charlotte, everything was just as you said it would be. Thanks to your explicit directions the trip from Tampa Airport was so quick and easy and the grocery store, drugstore and WalMart were truly "just around the corner". Your home was fully equipped with all the necessities and more. The "salt water pool" was a surprise and delighted my 3 grandsons (ages 18mos,8&9) giving their parents and me the restful downtime we needed after visiting Busch Gardens, sightseeing and of course the many beaches we enjoyed. We were careful (as I hope others will be) not to bring sand into the home and pool. It is a short distance and a "straight shot" to St.Pete's Beach and we found the many local shops and shopping areas to be fun distractions. There are many, many restaurants close by and the children enjoyed several "Putt-Putt Golf" courses during our short-week stay in June '09. There were 5 adults & 3 children and the home accommodated us perfectly! It was truly "Our Home Away From Home". Thankyou for helping to make our early summer vacation a fun and memorable one. Our stay was magnificent! Your home is more than we could have asked for! We truly enjoyed the pool and beautiful interior. The dogs were more than happy in the yard and loved the cool tile floor! We left behind all our pool floats and toys for someone else to enjoy I am recommending your vacation home to all my friends! Next time we come to the area I will not hesitate to contact you!
