The pleasure most enjoyed from this delightful condo is the feeling of being right on the beach. Walk out to lawn and onto the very wide sandy beach. The extra large swimming pool is located on the south side of the building allowing for overhead sunshine all day with coastal breezes and is just steps from this condo. Building enjoys 320 feet of sea-walled property, is three floors with 24 identical condos all facing directly to the Gulf of Mexico allowing for fabulous beachfront views and super sunsets.
