Enterprise car rental is a few blocks away and parking is available at the rear of the building.

We purchased this building 2 blocks from Kits beach in 2000 when the stock market was booming and no one wanted "hands-on" rental properties when they could merely sit back and watch their money grow exponentially without lifting a finger.
Why the Owner Chose Vancouver
We think Kits is the best residential neighbourhood in Canada - on the water and close to Downtown but the bridge between the two communities as well as the low-rise zoning keeps the crowds and their cars nicely isolated in the Downtown core - so we get to be very close but not in the middle of it all!
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Views, the water, funky 4th ave shopping, affordable non-franchised restaurants, walking and transit are convenient, fitness opportunities abound, cycle routes are abundant - Kits is like a hub without being at the center - if you can imagine that.
