I would highly recommend this property! Location is excellent...downtown, can walk anywhere. Easy access to the Park. Owner is exceptional to work with. Property is absoutely pristine, beautiful. One of my favorites on VRBO and the only place I stay in Estes.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I stayed out here in Estes with a buddy of mine for a long weekend. The condo was better than I expected! The pictures don't do this place justice... literary. We stayed in unit #8 and much of the furniture was more modern than the ones shown. Some of the reviews complain about street noise. Honestly we didn't hear a ton. We did hear some every now and then, but come on...if you don't want any noise at all, DON'T stay in downtown Estes. An all around pristine place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Pros: good location, nice space, plenty of linens, parking fairly easy, kitchen facilities and equipment good, good closet, nice dining table and chairs. Cons: the spings of the bed made so much noice that anytime the other person rolled over, the other person woke up. The mattress was fine; the springs were terrible. There was only one bedside table so if there were 2 clocks or 2 of anything, it had to go on the floor or a suitcase standing on end. The local Starbucks gets deliveries 3 x a week and runs a diesel engine until unloaded. Can be for over an hour 10 PM and later. We tried to stop this but it needs the owner to make arrangements with Starbucks with the driver or the city since there is a noise ordinance. The futon (living room couch, too) was in poor condition, the TV out of date. The refrigerator could have used a little extra cleaning. If these problems/situations are corrected, this would be A-1 and we'd certainly stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

Condo was near the street in the busiest part of town--the traffic noise was so loud that we had difficulty hearing the TV. The crosswalk right across the street chirped constantly. The bed was HORRIBLE--caved in towards the middle and was so noisy (like the mattress was made of newspaper or something) that I woke up every time my husband moved. I ended up sleeping in the living room on the futon for both nights. Kitchen lacked a measuring cup, cheese grater and can opener. Coffee filters did not fit the coffee pot. Before I booked it, I asked the owner if it was noisy and she said a little during the day, but not at night. WRONG! At 10pm, a refrigerator truck pulled up and unloaded things for the Starbucks below for more than an hour. Motorcycles and trucks and cars made noise until the wee hours.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/3

Description on spot on! Location is perfect! Our family of four was very happy! There is plenty of space in this nicely maintained condo! It has a HUGE closet and bathroom. Our only complaint is the bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy. We walked everywhere and next time will take the free bus into RMNP. We cooked every meal but one in the beautiful kitchen. The parking pass with an added perk! Owner was very helpful and courteous. Our little pooch enjoyed the dog park next to Lake Estes and yes, we walked there, too! We would highly recommend and would LOVE to stay here again next summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
