Unit 321A is a beautiful, gulf-front property in The Crossings community of WaterSound. It has spectacular, unobstructed views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. WaterSound Beach is 256 acres of magnificent landscaping with over a mile of private white sand beaches with pristine dunes. Wooden boardwalks meander throughout the property and lead to the gulf. Guests have access to two heated pools, bicycles and a puttering green.
The residence is on the 3rd floor and has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Enjoy the views from the gracious living area, master suite and one of the guest suites which all open up to the spacious balcony. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master suite has a king bed and the bathroom offers a separate tiled shower, large whirlpool tub, double granite countertop vanity and two walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and the third bedroom has two twin beds with private bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area and there are hardwood floors throughout the entire unit.

Why the Owner Chose WaterSound Beach
There are many wonderful towns along 30-A and we enjoyed the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the area for many years. However in many of the towns, it is difficult to find a place right on the Gulf of Mexico. At our property in WaterSound, you can enjoy the beautiful Gulf views all day long. We instantly fell in love with WaterSound for it's natural beauty. The boardwalks lead you around the property through amazing dunes and around coastal dune lakes. It is truly one of the most beautiful places that we have ever visited.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our large balcony has a high table with four chairs for the best views and a lower table for a total seating of eight. Our unit faces directly south towards The Gulf of Mexico and our view is incredible.

The best vacation ever!

This is the second year we have spent our two week summer vacation at this property, and we plan to go back again this coming summer. Our family of seven, ages 21 to 65, all love this townhome/condo. The unit is beautifully appointed, and it is in pristine condition just as the description on the vrbo website indicates. It contains all the amenities one could ever wish for to ensure a perfect beach holiday. There are bicycles in the garage ready for biking the lush grounds of the complex, and there is internet access available in the unit as well. The view of the gorgeous blue/green water from the balcony, den and the two front bedrooms can only be described as spectacular and totally unobstructed. This is truly a 5- Star property. However, one problem you will face each day is deciding which of the four complex pools to frequent. They are all magnificent. My advice is to try all of them at least once. Be sure to have lunch or late afternoon drinks at the beach blub, visit the compound's fitness center, play a match on the tennis courts, kayak the lake or work on your golf game at the putting green. Whatever your heart desires can be found here. We have been vacationing in this region for over 30 years, and we have stayed in some of the area's best resorts: Hands down, this property stands out from all the rest. And, you will be renting from some of the most ethical and trustworthy people in the business. The owners of this unit are so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure all of your needs and expectations are met. In closing, let me reiterate that this is a wonderful place to stay for an exceptional beach vacation. I wholeheartedly give it my endorsement, and I recommend it without reservation. Have a great time, and before you leave, try some of the delicious homemade cookies baked daily at the sandwich shop next door to the complex office. Let me assure you, that a very special vacation experience awaits you at this amazing location. Enjoy!
