This beautifully furnished home provides all the comforts of home in prestigious Indian Wells, California -- a world-class destination for golf, shopping, tennis, spa-ing in a gorgeous desert setting.
Our property is in a small gated community of beautiful homes near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Hyatt Grand Champion and Esmeralda Resorts and the famous El Paseo shopping destination.
The backyard is private and lush with a lovely pool and spa and is equipped with lounges and outdoor furniture, and a gas grill.
We have central heat and air-conditioning, a 3-car garage, an office area with DSL, printer and fax and good wireless access. The bedroom containing the office area also has a sofa with pull-out bed. We have a 42 inch HD TV in the living room with DVD & VCR and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, all with CD/DVD players. We also have a CD stereo player in the living room and an IPOD player in the master. DISH TV with HBO and premium stations included.
Will consider a small, non-shedding, housebroken dog with extra deposit.
Reserve with a security deposit with check.

A security deposit of $1500 with initial deposit of $500 holds reservation.
The remaining $1000 security deposit is due two months before rental.
The security deposit includes $150 cleaning fee.
