This brand new 6500 square foot luxury home in Dominical, Costa Rica is situated 200 meters from the beach in the tropical rain forest with dramatic ocean views and soft ocean sounds from every room. Just steps away from the beach, remarkable white water Pacific Ocean views can be seen from every room, and the relaxing sound of the surf gently permeates the environment, creating a very relaxing, natural atmosphere.
The Great Room is the hub of the house with two wings extending from opposite ends, and featuring 25 foot ceilings that make this room truly great. The Great Room is spacious and airy, adorned with over sized lounging sofas, perfect for kicking up your feet and relaxing. The 20' tall sliding glass patio doors connect the great room with the covered patio area next to the pool, which can be opened up, connecting the great room with the patio/pool area. In the Great Room is the state of the art kitchen, featuring an island design with bar stools and plenty of room for cooking, serving and dining on the island counter top. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, Viking range and convection oven, over sized refrigerator, ample counter space, walk-in pantry, microwave, blender, cutlery, cookware, and stylish settings for up to 15 people.
Extending from the Great Room is the spacious covered patio that seamlessly blends with the infinity edge pool, with the ocean waves just beyond. The patio has 25' ceilings with large fans, a cozy sitting area, dining table that seats 12, and an outdoor grill. The pool deck has chaise lounge chairs and abundant sunning space. The large 7' deep pool has an infinity edge melding the pool and sea into one continuous span of tropical blue, and is filled with soft salt water, which is easy on the skin and easy on the eyes.
Connected to the Great Room are the north and south wings of the house, each with a master bedroom and bath upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs (total of 6 bedrooms). Each wing is a mirror image of the other. Both consist of two bedrooms down stairs that share a central full bath and a laundry facility (total of two washers and dryers), and a master suite upstairs, with two private decks for each master suite (one ocean view and one jungle). The master bedrooms have walk in closets, luxurious bathrooms and balconies. Every bedroom has its own air condition unit and ceiling fan, allowing each guest to adjust the temperature to their liking.
Concierge Services:
Upon arrival our guests will be personally greeted and receive a full house orientation from our Concierge, who will be available throughout the stay to help with arrangements for special activities/tours, or arrange services such as in-house yoga, in-house messages, cooking, restaurant recommendations/reservations, surfing lessons or private beach tours with certified lifeguards (and lots more!). Our concierge will provide personalized service designed to make our guests' Costa Rica vacation as fun filed, convenient and memorable as possible.

During the heaviest of the rainy season, the forest provides the perfect milieu for solitude, silence and inward reflection, coercing any tension out of the mind and body.
Villa Ventanas is the perfect setting for a romantic get-away, fun filled family adventures, intimate weddings, destination gatherings, and reunions of any kind. Daily 24 hour security, concierge, and house cleaning are provided. Laundry service, personal chef, massage therapist, manicure, pedicures, facial treatments, private yoga and exercise classes can be arranged.
Though it's 2 1/2 hours away from the capital city of San Jose´, Dominical is only a short 45 minute drive from the regional airport in Palmar Sur and 1/2 hour from Quepos. While retaining its small town charm the area offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, car rental agencies, and other conveniences.

The villa was immaculate. We thoughouly enjoyed our stay here. The concierge that works for the villa was an invaluable asset in booking activies and getting familiarized with the era.

The villa is absolutely amazing; the nicest home we saw in all of Costa Rica. Beautiful view of the ocean over the infinity pool. Loved sitting by pool and watching the exotic birds and monkeys and enjoying the whole experience. We also went zip lining, horseback riding, Atving, rented a boat, and crusied through the cute towns. It was a wonderful week and I would definitely go back.

Villa Ventanas is an incredible place! A beautiful house with a short walk to a quiet, beautiful beach and a short drive to Dominical. The views, the grounds, the pool and the house are all absolutely gorgeous! We stayed at the house for a week and had our wedding reception at the house and it was wonderful! Kelley did an incredible job organizing everything we wanted/needed (a babysitter with only two hours notice!) and was a pleasure. We definitely recommend the Playa Ventanas/Waterfall and Tilapia Farm tour that Kelley organizes and guides!

Excellent property with an amazing staff! Kelly helped with EVERYTHING and was a ray of sunshine on some of the rainy days. We were a party of 11---7 adults and 4 kids---and Villa Ventanas had enough space to accomodate us comfortably. A beautiful home in a beautiful country with beautiful people. You can't ask for more than that!

Not enough adjectives to describe this incredible home!!!! With the home next door, 29 of us (all friends) ages 1 to 79 from S. Cal. just returned from an 9 day stay at this bit-of-paradise!!! What an incredible house!! The little town of Dominical is beautiful and very relaxing. The new highway from San Jose airport is better than most in S. Cal!! Besides an somewhat steep driveway from the highway up to the home, PERFECTION would be the best description!!! PURA VIDA!!!!

This villa in Costa Rica is absolutley amazing. The construction and design is far superior to anything else I saw while there on vacation. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, finest appliances, decor and comforts of home. In addition; the view is stunning, the pool a treat and the proximty to all the activities and the beach unbeatable. You definitely want to stay here...it will make your trip!! KP
