Only minutes from famous Daytona Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor END UNIT, with ocean views from every window, has everything you need for a carefree, fabulous beach getaway...located in the beautiful Ormond Breakers. There is a private beach for residents only and a very well kept pool in in the courtyard. Ormond-by-the-Sea is an area of private homes and condominiums. There are no hotels nearby. The beaches are uncrowded and clean (a no drive beach).
Ocean Views the moment you walk in the door, including 12 feet of windows directly facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The living room features incredible panoramic views and a 50 inch plasma TV, with DVD player, and Digital cable. Master bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, private full bathroom with crib available, and a 36" Flat Panel TV with Digital Cable.
The 2nd bedroom has a single bed (with a trundle underneath), a bunk bed with single on top and sofa/double futon on bottom. The second bedroom also has a TV with DVD player and a Nintendo Wii to keep the kids busy. The unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels.
The living room area has a sleeper sofa and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. There is a washer/dryer at the end of the hall. You need bring nothing but your bathing suit and toothbrush!
There is a one car garage available for your use and contains chairs, umbrellas, and numerous toys for the kids. The condominium has a pool and ample parking. The unit is a stones throw from the beach. This is the perfect vacation location for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near all Daytona has to offer. This is a family friendly property.
This is my family's personal vacation home, so we have furnished and decorated it as we would our own home, not as a "rental" condo. Everything is like new and in good condition. It is filled with extras from high end electronics and games, to a telescope, fishing equipment, books, games and toys. All the kitchenware you will ever need is at your fingertips and the "beachy" decor at Sundance will make you not want to leave.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We feel in love with the absolutely breathtaking views. It was only an hour from our home, so we knew we would get a lot of use out of it. I really enjoyed painting and decorating and quickly became very attached to it, almost like a family member and now her name is Sundance! I promise you will leave Sundance happier than when you arrived.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have a private beach, so it never is crowded and is just steps out our front door. When we want more excitement, Daytona Beach is only seven miles south and Flager Beach is five miles north. Our kids love that Orlando is only an hour away with Disney World, Epcot, Wet-n-Wild, Sea World, Wild Kingdom and many other theme parks.
