Our stay at the Sundance condo was great. Easy access,and awesome ocean views,every thing was in working order when we arrived and it made or stay very relaxing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

the property was as represented in the online material. very spacious and well maintained accommodations. we were in easy travel distance to St Augustine (outlet malls) and Orlando. Daytona Beach just a few minutes away. Visited a number of state parks in the area. Relaxing just to sit in the living room and watch the beach and the dolphins. fully equipped kitchen was great. Wifi worked wonderfully well, as we kept in touch with family via skype. Highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My recent stay couldn't have been better. Descriptions & photos are more than accurate. Views are incredible. Everything was clean & well maintained. Impressed by how well stocked it was. There is everything you need for a great beach vacation or getaway. I would recommend to anyone. Owners are great to work with. No problems whatsoever. We had a wonderful stay! The interior is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The views are amazing! The owner's have provided everything! There are plenty of towels, beach toys, and kitchenware (including a crock pot, baking dishes, and bar equipment). They also provided local restaurant menus and phone numbers. We saw dolphins everyday and really enjoyed the private beach and pool. When it rained we enjoyed playing the Wii and the board games provided. The owners have thought of everything!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the best time at Sundance! Everything you could think of was provided to make us feel comfortable and at home! It was great to be right across from a clean, quiet and private beach. Enjoyed a wonderful week at Sundance! I loved that private beach access. . . it was nice not having to fight crowds of people to find a great spot on the beach. Although I packed a couple of chairs and umbrellas, I found I didn't need to as you provided everything we needed for the beach and more in the garage. It was nice having a pool as well just to have a change of pace. I would definately recommend this little piece of paradise!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Sundance for 5 days, and the views were absolutely wonderful, especially in the mornings. The photos in the add did not do the place justice. It was probably one of if not the nicest condos we've ever rented! Everywhere we looked, we had a view of the ocean. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay. The electronics were beyond what we expected for a rented condo. Sundance will definitely go in our file for future vacations. The owner was great about emailing us if we had questions. It was just what my husband and I needed! We did nothing but rest and relax and it was perfect for that, yet close enough for a short drive into Daytona. We were not disappointed in our choice to stay here.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our children & grandchildren. It has something for everyone. The older kids loved the pool, the wi-fi, the big screen TV. The younger ones loved the beach, the kids room, the beach toys. We had a wonderful week with family and hope to do it again next year. The views were beyond spectacular and it was everything the owner advertised. Well worth the money!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our vacation stay at Sundance was fabulous! The ocean view from the condo was fantastic! The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were pleased with the location and the restuarant recommendations provided by the owner. Alfie's for breakfast is a must! We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Lulu's. The Sundance was a beautifully decorated, family-friendly condo in a quiet area with an amazing beach front view! From the lively beach decor (LOVED the futon chair in the living room!), to the small details such as having games and toys to keep the kids entertained at night, this condo was the best place we've ever rented in the 10 years we've been staying in the Ormond Beach area. Having the private garage was a bonus (no sea salt on the new car!) and having beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and towels provided meant more room in the car on the trip down, and less hassle for us! The "neighbors" were friendly, our three young boys had a blast meeting friends on the beach, and seeing a sea turtle nest ended the week on a high note! The pool was a perfect size, and the location was great. We will definitely stay at the Sundance for years to come! Thanks again for a relaxing, hassle-free, much needed vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I can not say enough good things about Sundance! The decor was warm and inviting and truly makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The Palmers were fantastic and thought of everything you can need before you know you need it! The view is amazing, the location is perfect, the pool was great. Surfboards, boogie boards, sand pails, beach umbrellas, beach towels and fishing gear all supplied. In the condo, toaster, coffee maker, binoculars, telescope, everything you can possibly need. Amazing is all I have left to say! We look forward to coming back in the future! I have stayed at several different condos in this area, but this one gets A+ for the view. The condo itself is nicely decorated with great bonuses like the Wii! Covered parking was nice too. Met some of the full time residents in the complex who were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We had a wonderful time at this great condo- there was everything you need to have a great vacation. We spent time every day at the beach and it was nice a privite. The owners were very helpful and the listing was right on. The kids still talk about what a great time we had. It's close enough to everything you could want. We visited Blue Springs State park and the manatees which is not far at all and also the great light house. We would definately recommend this condo to friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What an amazing place to stay!! It is the perfect getway, I have three children and they loved every minute of it(they even didn't mind going to bed) You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Kari, Thank you for allowing our family the pleasure of staying in your beachside home. We had a FANTASTIC time staying at "Sundance" and would recommend your condo to anyone! It was clean, cozy, relaxing and comfortable! You had everything my family wanted or needed we didn't want for anything! The views from our windows of the ocean were spectacular! We saw dolphins swim past every morning and loved either strolling on the beautiful private beach to watch the sunrise and sunset. All we can say is WOW! The beach was clean and gorgeous and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves. Everyone around the property was so nice and helpful. The pool was so nice and convenient to your condo. This was the most wonderful getaway for our family. Having a private (basically) beach, a well kept pool and a fabulously appointed condo made everything perfect! For a family, this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. We have paid much more for a house on the beach and enjoyed this much more. The decor and electronics were a wonderful surprise. What a great vacation spot. The beach is safe and quiet enough for the kids to play without worry. The condo was perfect with all the extra ammenities to make the vacation even better.
