Your own Elkhorn country cottage located in Sun Valley. Two bedroom, two bath, sleeps four and totally turnkey. Professionally maintained flower gardens surround the private front and back paver patios.
This fully furnished, beautifully decorated home is secluded in Twin Creeks on a quiet cul-de-sac with only two other driveways. Enjoy the solitude created by the creek in one of the many outside sitting areas located beneath the aspens.
The house is freshly painted and receives lots of natural sunlight. The spacious living room and dining room flow beneath the vaulted ceiling into the fully equipped kitchen, applying the great room concept. Hardwood flooring, wood burning fireplace, with lots of books and reading areas throughout.
Large master suite is carpeted with a king bed and second wood burning fireplace. Suite area also has a sitting area, TV, and room for an office desk/chair. Master bath has two sinks, separate tub and shower with a timed steamer, and a full walk-in closet with built-in cabinetry. The discreet hot tub is built into the paver deck just outside the master.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is across the hall from the home's second full-sized bath. The yards and home are pet and kid friendly, as is Elhorn's amenity package which is also included.
Washer and dryer, plus a two car garage (heated optional) with plenty of room for one car plus extra surface parking.
Convenient to the Sun Valley area's fine dining, art galleries, as well as biking, hiking, fly-fishing, tennis, golf, downhill skiing, the area's way of life and 35 mile bike path which is also great for walking, rollerblading and XC skiing.

My husband and I are from Houston and in our early 60s. We spent a month in this beautiful comfortable home that's surrounded by Aspens, willows, and quiet. The owner must be a master gardener because the grounds and the private sitting areas are, well, a slice of heaven. They show the loving attention to detail. We hike and in the mornings and evenings, would sit in the very privately oriented hot tub just off the master suite. We've been returning to Sun Valley for over 10-years and asked the owners to keep our deposit for next summer.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
