We're looking for persons who want an extended rental in a luxurious and tranquil destination. Our condo is perfect for those wanting to escape the extremes of harsh winter weather or those investigating permanent relocation.
This luxury condo is 2200 sq ft with an ocean and 18th hole golf view on a Jack Nicklaus Signature course. With complete private resort, great facilities are provided for fitness, spa, salon, golf and tennis. The water complex includes six pools, a water slide and lazy river...fun for all ages. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided at the beach. Our beach allows for long walks (3+ miles)of uninterrupted coastline. Depending on the season, hatching turtles, dolphins, Right whales, and abundant bird species can be enjoyed. The two associated golf courses are world class. The Ocean Course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature course, with six holes on the Atlantic Ocean. Every spring this course is host to a PGA Champions Tour event. The Conservatory Golf Course is a Tom Watson Signature design. In the fall of 2008, this course will host its first PGA tour event.
