Why the Owner Chose Boca Raton
Boca Raton is the area I grew up and this is my childhood home. I did not want to part with this home even though I live out west now. I think Boca Raton is one of the most beautiful cities in Florida with a plethora of great activities for people of all ages. The beaches here are some of the most pristine in the state!
The Unique Benefits at this Waterfront Home
We love sitting on the dock in the backyard overlooking the water watching the fish jump and herons fly by--a dip in the pool is only a step away. We enjoy the close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the state as well as the convenience of downtown Boca. Mizner square is only a mile away which is a beautiful upscale pedestrian friendly dining and shopping area. Our house is on a dead-end street in a friendly safe neighborhood with many conveniences within walking distance.

We are married professionals with two young children. I am a nurse practitioner and nurse midwife currently loving providing care to women and their families. My husband owns his own architecture firm specializing in green sustainable building that is both nuturing to the occupants as well as the environment. We love all kinds of outdoor activities and love sharing that with our friends and children.
